Picture on left: weighed everything I ate. Are exactly when I was “suppose” to. Constantly weighed myself. Slept terrible. Lethargic. Easily irritated. —
—� Picture on the right: Never weigh what I eat. Don’t follow a meal plan, macros or anything other that smart, fueling nutrition. I don’t remember the last time I weighed myself. Still sleep terrible :( Rarely lethargic or irritated. —
—� I’m not saying my way is the right way but it’s working for me, for now. Find a “program” that enhances your life is something you can follow.
MANGO & COCONUT POPSICLE 🌴
I got addicted to Smooze Coconut & Mango but since I'm poor these days I thought why not try make my own? I ended up with these fruity vegan-friendly and guilt-free popsicles!
-200g frozen mangoes
-150ml Lite coconut milk
-150ml coconut water
You can add extra sweetener for added sweetness but I chose not to (I tried stevia the first time and it just tasted weird), and not adding anything else means they end up being lower in calories!
Macros (divided into 7 popsicles): P 0.28 C 6.31 F 1.45

Physically and mentally drained. Dealing with work and mid terms all week. The last thing I wanted to do was go work out and do cardio but I everything I have into this and came this far not to quit. This prep was definitely challenging having to handle full time job, full time at school, and managing to eat my meals and workouts all around my schedule. I put 100% effort into everything I do so I always find a way to get things done. You always hear people say they never have the time but if you really want something you will make time for it. You're going to figure it out and when you do it is so worth it in the end. If I can do it anyone can do it. 🙌🏻🙏🏻#4daysout
