Hey guys, there is something i would like to share with you. Since i started with my health journey a few years ago, i grew a passion for nutrition and everything that has to do with it. 1 important factor of nutrition for me is the politics behind it. A lot of big food giants think they can do whatever they want with their products, add unhealthy substances, make us sick etc , providing they get the profit they desire, because they believe that there is nothing we as consumers can do against it. But that is where they are wrong. Lets show them we are not going to accept this anymore, lets take control of our food again! We are the consumers, which means that in the end, the power lays in our hands. Nobody can single handidly defeat these food giants, but together we can do it! I will try to post about this important topics as much as possible, starting tommorow with the decreasing prices for unhealthy products, the increasing prices for healthy products, and most importantly, what we can do against it.
