Do you feel you have any weaknesses in your movement? I think we all do. I'm working more on cat leaps at ground level since I struggle with them the most at height. I think the fear is related to my first day ever trying parkour, I grabbed onto a wall and just slipped back onto my butt. It's crazy how after nearly a decade such a silly fall can make me overthink a movement, I suppose that's just part of the process. Anyways, here's two angles of a fairly simple run that I enjoyed.

Phosphatidic acid is a type of phospholipid. A phospholipid is a a major component of all cell membranes in the body. I don't expect the readers of this to have a great understanding of lipids and cell membranes by the end of this, but I will explain how Phosphatidic acid is applicable in the sports nutrition industry.
To have an understanding of what allows your body to gain muscle, you will need to understand the term mTor. MTor is recognized as the regulator of muscle growth. There are several factors that stimulate mTor. The most easily understood regulator would be resistance training. Muscle time under tension stimulates mTor which increases muscle protein synthesis. The greater the muscle protein synthesis, the greater ability your body has to repairing and adapting to musculature stress. Phosphatidic acid stimulates mTor through a pathway that has not yet been discovered, however has human clinical studies to support the data.
A study was performed using 28 males who were placed on a 4 day per week training program. 14 of the test subjects were given dosages of 750mg per day of phosphatidic acid. The other 14 test subjects were unknowingly given a placebo. Subjects ingesting Phosphatidic acid demonstrated a 12.7% increase in squat strength and a 2.6% increase in lean body mass, while subjects consuming Placebo showed a 9.3% improvement in squat strength but only a 0.1% change in lean body mass.

DEADLIFTING 🗝 These deadlifts were done after some PB squatting 🤧 Needless to say my hamstrings were NOT OK 😂 I had two more working sets after, but that’s a guessing game for now 👀 This is the way I work up to my working set 🤘
Yesterday the office ordered pizza and breadsticks and I WASN’T EVEN TEMPTED, which is huge for me because honestly, food is life. The me on the left 👈🏼 would have given in, the me on the right 👉🏼 is no longer that girl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
