I lost quite a bit of strength after competing this time around, being on a quite aggressive diet and training protocol my body couldn't keep up!
Last Friday's leg session.
5X10 low bar squats at 75kg consistant depth the whole way through, actually felt quite easy. Each week I'll slightly increase the weight, this week I'll aim for 80-85kg 🤗

We often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our day to day lives that we rely on the conveniences of modern food - highly processed and packaged food, that can be really bad for us in the long run. We need to eat more real food, honest food, made by real people. It can be a challenge sometimes, but we can do it, together 👌🏼❤️Happy Monday ☀️

Happy Sunday 🙌🏼💕. Every morning when our alarm clock goes off at 0515, I ask myself if I really need to workout?! 🤔The answer is always yes! Not just for my body but also for my mind 💆🏻. Exercise has been such a great stress reliever 😍⚡️. Also, I might have reached my goal weight but I haven't reached my goal body 💪🏼. Need motivation to workout?! I'll help you get started 👉🏼📲👭
Raise your hand if you lounge in your sweaty activewear all friggin day 🙋🏼🙋🏼🙋🏼 I really need to get better at that one #lazygirlproblems 😂 Sad that my long weekend is coming to an end. It was full of reflection/celebration (l'shana tova 🍯🍏), hosting friends at our apartment, some self-care (mani-pedi), lots of coffee, and a few sweat sessions.
