I haven't done one in a while because Jay also hates them and he plans our workouts 😂 but after a strong leg day petition by me... I got him to do us one. I must be insane. 🙄 But those legs & glutes literally won't grow themselves! Always remember your long term goal whilst you're short term hating it! 😫😂

Einer der häufigsten Fehler bei der Kniebeuge besteht darin die Handgelenke stark abzuknicken. Stattdessen sollten sie wie fast immer eine Linie mit den Unterarmen bilden. Mehr Spannung und eine verringerte Verletzungsgefahr an den Handgelenken sind die Vorteile! 💡Achte also auch bei den Squats nicht nur auf deine Knie oder deine Hüfte, sondern auch auf deine Handgelenke.
