#braisedporkleg , dad's edible way of expressing love towards his son. It's a #lunchbox prepared by my dad, not good looking but really tastes good. The jiggling fat, and #gelatin in its skin are absolutely my favorite. Combined with a simple box of salad bought from c-store, this makes my lunch just satisfying. Not a gentrified lunch in fancy restaurant, but I feel extremely happy. Maybe just because it deliver not only taste to my tongue bud, but dad's love to my heart as well. #dad 's cuisine is the best of the world. #homie
What's your favorite bone broth addition? I mean, if you're not fasting, then throw some good stuff in right? For me it's bean sprouts and avocado. Mainly the 🥑- cooked avocado I'm not a fan of, but when you let it cook just a bit after dropping it inside some hot bone broth. Mmmmmmmm, not many better lunches out there for me. Still need to get me hands on that @kettleandfire broth. I've always just made it, but I do want to try theirs, love their IG page.
Notice I got fancy and sprinkled some of the garnish on the table hahaha - it's what you foodie pros do, so I'm stepping up my game to sprinkle stuff outside the plate🤙🏼
If you have any food sprinkle tips those would be greatly appreciated as well:) - hope everyone's high fat low carb days are going well✌🏼
Make your own Matcha Coconut Gummies! 💚
2½ tablespoons Gelpro Beef Gelatin (use only 2 tablespoons if you are not using moulds)
2 cups coconut water, divided
1 tablespoon honey (optional, and you can adjust the amount according to your taste)
¼ cup coconut cream (or the hardened stuff that floats to the top of a can of chilled full-fat coconut milk)
2 teaspoons matcha
Pour 1 cup of coconut water in a bowl or beaker, and sprinkle the gelatin on top. The gelatin will take about 5 minutes to bloom (or soften).
In the meantime, heat the remaining 1 cup of coconut water (and honey, if you’re using it) over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
Pour the hot coconut water into the container with the bloomed gelatin. Add the coconut cream and matcha.
Blend with a high speed blender or an immersion blender.
Pour the matcha mixture into silicone molds or into an 8-inch square baking dish. If you’re using silicone molds, place them on a rimmed baking sheet before adding the liquid. That way, you can transfer them to the fridge without the molds flopping around and spilling.
Chill the gummies in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until they’ve solidified. Then, pop them out!

The recipe was "Pumpkin Panna Cotta" but I used the pumpkin pulp from my juicing experiments so it's not as it should be... #dontcare it's #delicious and #aip , well, #almostaip (maple sugar), #lowfodmap (if you restrain yourself, since it's coconut milk), and has lime and orange zest. I need protein and I'm also out of expensive agar agar, so #gelatin it is....
