Well yesterday was a long one, worked 9 pm Wednesday till 5 am Thursday, then had to be back at work at 11am Thursday till about 7pm...so I came home and spent a little with my hubby, and then passed out!! Love your body with strength training/lifting weights.
LADIES it wont mamakekr you bulky but it will give you physical, emotional and spiritual strength.
Theres something that happens when you lift weights, you see how physically strong you are which bleeds into all other areas of your life.
You stand taller, walk taller and realize your worth. Thats what happens when we push our own limits and push PAST them every time.
We set our own limits and its up to US to break them.
Never be afraid to lift weights, do crossfit, play football or do whatever you feel like.
Don't ever let anyone dull who you are.
