The more we can control our mind and how it works the more we can start to enjoy life! It's so powerful and can take control of us when times get hard, it's often so difficult to get a hold of how you perceive and act in certain situations throughout the day! Overthinking, being anxious and getting into habits have effected my training and sports, (amongst other things) over the past years and it's something we shouldn't have to deal with!
