👆🏼 Above are 2 side-by-side pictures (swipe for the beginning) that outline the transformation that I have been through from an awkward 300lb gamer to the person that I am today.
🧐 The crazy part about my journey is that in each of the first 3 pictures I thought I knew exactly what I was doing..I thought I had it all figured out, and I wasn’t open to hearing ANYTHING from ANYONE. Let me explain...
1️⃣ In the first picture I was an addicted gamer. I told myself that even though I was fat I was smarter than everyone else and that was what REALLY mattered. Every time someone approached me with anything related to working out I would rationalize in my head that they were just a “douchey guy with muscles” or a “health nut” and that they were never going to go anywhere because they weren’t as intelligent 🤓 as me! (Spoiler, I was wrong)
2️⃣ In the second picture I had decided to lose weight, and that’s exactly what I did...I read a bunch of stuff online that said cardio & chicken 🐓 + Veggies 🍅 was the way to go..so that’s what I did...it was working for me...and it took me all the way down to 175LBS! During that time I had people tell me I should start eating more and start lifting weights, but I was so terrified to gain anything back that I wrote them off as not knowing what they were talking about...after all, I was so much smarter than them...I had lost over 100lbs! 😒😒
3️⃣ I decided to hop on the bulking bandwagon! By this point I was heavily into fitness and had decided that the bodybuilders and fitness models had it all figured out! It was time to GET BIG! I started taking a bunch of supplements, lifting only heavy weights, and completely stopped doing cardio. I was so sure that this extreme plan of building tons of muscle was the way to go..until I realized I was fat! 😕 Oh, and unhealthy, aaaand had very little functionality, aaaand didn’t actually look as good as I thought I did in my “Smedium” shirt 😱
4️⃣ Skip ahead current day..I’ve come to realize that the extreme of anything is too much. I know a lot more than I did, but am still learning. My physique is at an all time best and I’m putting in less effort than ever! 👊🏼👊🏼

MadFoxUltra - это когда в раздевалке не нашел свои вещи, а отнять ни у кого не можешь - все злые и с ножами.
MadFoxUltra - это одна раздевалка для парней и девушек.
MadFoxUltra - это когда опоздал на поезд, потому что дистанция оказалась больше.
MadFoxUltra - это когда дают гречку на финише, а ты греешь в ней пальцы.
MadFoxUltra - это забег, на который я вернусь в 2018!
