I was hesitant on posting this but I figured my Downfall could be someone else’s Uprise. I want you all to know if your having a bad day, your not alone. Your car broke down. Your late for work. Your broke. You can’t afford bills. You feel like there is literally no one to help you. That’s not true. I’ve been where your at. I’ve hit rock bottom multiple times. But guess what? I’m here. I’ve climbed out of the trenches of depression and I’m here. Don’t get me wrong, It still hits me often and I feel like I can’t and don’t want to do a damn thing except lay in bed in complete darkness and think of everything wrong I’ve done and why I shouldn’t be here. But then you have to breathe. Think of all of the good things. Because I promise you they outweigh all the bad. On this day I wanted my life to stop. I didn’t feel the need to keep keeping on. I was tired. Mentally and physically. I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere with anything or anyone. I felt everyone was against me. But I’ve come to realize, that’s life. You’ll have those moments. But I want you to know, I don’t care who you are. Or where your from. If you ever feel like no one is there. If you ever feel like you want to end it all. Message me asap. No matter the time of day or night I’ll be there. I’ve been there and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Always remember your stronger than you think you are. God gives battles to his strongest soldiers. Don’t give up. The Gym saved my life.
Kicked off Day 1 of my new program after a 6-1/2 hour drive home!!! With everything else going on in my life that is fast paced I'm thankful of the things I can control and that's taking care of me no matter what!!! Found out today we have less than a week to find a new place and move. I swear the military knows how strong I am and they believe I can handle anything they send my way LOL 😂😂🤣🤣 #theyareright#busyweek

I've been in a battle the last week! Motivating others keeps me up and primed every day, but I've been lacking my drive the last few days. We all have those times, don't we? Battling through is what creates strength of mind, body, and character! I'm glad I found this quote today, its helping me get my perspective back and I hope it it touches someone else today. Stay strong...stay motivated!!
So this is me being super real. I really would like to eat what ever I want and not workout, not because I don’t care about my body and my health but because I am busting my booty,and not seeing any progress. So I have hit a wall of frustration it’s very discouraging to be doing everything you need to and not see any results. Then trying to alleviate the stress cause stress makes everything worse is so hard, but here’s the thing. I did my workout today #T25#extremecircuit and I am still eating clean and counting my calories. So as frustrated as I may be I am not giving up. I will push on and pray that something will give it has to eventually. I am not one to quit and I’m not quitting now not ever.
