❤️Do you ever have a desire to make changes in your daily routine...maybe with a little more exercise than you get now...or healthier food options...but know that your spouse or partner...and/or kiddos will be resistant to the change?👀🙄 👉Do you feel like maybe your choices to work towards your goals and desires...are affected by their lack of enthusiasm... for that extra veggie at dinner... or chicken that is baked instead of fried... or your suggestion to take a walk in the evening... instead of sitting on the couch or in front of their electronics at night?😩 😳I have soooo been there... and with teens in the house... I sometimes still am... especially when I decide to try a new recipe or want them to do a new workout with me.😝 They have been my taste testers...and have been real troopers with some recipes that have not lived up to our expectations...but all in all...it has been a real struggle to get the kids on board...with trying new foods...and turning off their electronics to be a little more active each day. 🙈🙉🙊 It has taken and continues to take a lot of trial and error... perseverance... and determination to continually endeavor for healthier habits for the family...despite their grumbling and push back at times.

So I got up extra early today to get my workout 💪🏽 so I could focus 💆🏽on my wellness studio babes before my second shift #nurselife today 🤸🏽♂️ we are on week 4/4 and lemme tell ya we have some slayers this month 🔥 just killin their goals
