After my late night last night and lack of sleep getting my energy boosted with this amazing shake 😍 I love my shake because it breaks the diet cycle that many of us fall into. You know when you start a new diet with loads of motivation, cutting your favourite food out, you feel positive, committed, determined, then by the end of the week your body starts craving sugar and carbs, you start craving all your favourite food that you think you cant have, you want that glass of wine/pint/etc that helps you wind down, by the weekend your tired, grumpy and hangry! Yep weve all been there! Then you weigh yourself and are disappointed in the number on the scales or your delighted in the number.. so you either give up and think sod it or you think yeaahh im going to reward myself... with food and drink! Then you feel food guilt! If your feeling crap then you just wont stick to it! We end up becoming a yo yo dieter! Its because most of the time you are cutting your calories but also the nutrients your body needs! Your body isnt craving junk food, its craving the nutrients it needs! My nutrient dense shake gives me all it needs so that my body isnt being starved of the goodness it needs! Am I going to lie and say it's been easy? Well far from it. I've been hungry and I'm human so some days it's been a mental battle to draw in the same focus as energy seems to be all over the place
Yes I have a clear plan for next year but where I see most going wrong post an aggressive diet is not giving themselves a diet break or even slowly increasing their calories by 200-300 per week to get them back to normal, make sure you keep track of your weight, as you don't need to be putting on a crazy amount back on - remember you're not going to lose that in a week, why would you try putting it on?
This again isn't a sustainable look for me or a mental state of mind, as it takes a lot out of me. Have I been the easiest to deal with? Well probably not and have been a bit of a grumpy bugger with some of the closest people around me
Like I tell people over and over, DO NOT go into a diet, which is extreme, If you're not physically or emotionally ready as in the long term it will just cause more harm to you
I know having a strong support group makes things easier and I can rely on them to have my back. Business is my main priority now which has kept my mind busy but it's hard dealing with the energy and lack of sleep, yes most days I could 'pig out' but that will cause a spiral of things happening which will leave me in a worse state
A piece of advice I'd give to someone thinking of competing - make sure you've given yourself enough time and please ONLY do this if you really want to and winning a shiny medal WONT make you a better coach or person. I generally love the whole process and training, which is why I do it. It's my hobby and passion

Como já sabemos, tudo relacionado a alimentação depende do contexto geral da refeição e da dieta. Isso também se aplica aos queijos! Vamos conhecer as características de cada um deles?
🧀Queijo branco tem mais proteína, mais carboidrato, menos gordura;
🧀Queijo amarelo tem menos proteína, menos carboidrato, mais gordura.
Sabendo disso você pode equilibrar sua refeição e comer o queijo que quiser. Por exemplo, se você for comer queijo com ovos, pode optar por comer um branco já que os ovos contêm gordura; se for comer queijo na salada com frango, pode comer um mais amarelo... e assim você se liberta desse "pode ou não pode" e segue feliz, comendo o que gosta, identificando excessos e tendo consciência do que está ingerindo. ✔️😉
💡A sacada de ouro de hoje é que pessoas com rinite e acne devem reduzir o consumo de leite e derivados lácteos porque as proteínas do leite pioram os sintomas. Então, pode ser estratégico para elas comerem queijos amarelos porque são mais pobres em proteína. ✅
