Just one, and it was after yard work and a light recovery jog. 3️⃣ A protein shake, apple and nuts. 4️⃣ My typical night snacks of fish oil and sauerkraut, veggies, cereal and almond milk and then pumpkin and protein with some peanut butter. ➡️ That wraps up the 7 days! weird habit of mine: i always need something sweet after my meal🙃 i know it's a bad habit but i try to make more healthier decision so went to @pressedjuicery after i had some tacos🌮😂this icecream is made with real food and fruits, no artificial sugar😋 and it still taste amazing!! Had matcha + vanilla flavor with cacao drizzle, almond butter & pineapple for my toppings.
I added pineapple because there's an enzyme in it that helps us digest better after a meal🙆🏻

Al final si fue a trotar, hice 45m, habré trotado 35 y caminado 10, por que hacía 5 trote ligero y 1m o a veces 2 caminando y así..
Bastante bien pensé que no iba a aguantar nada porque hace mucho que no corro, pero podría haber corrido bastante más.
Cuando vine tomé un vaso de leche + esas tostadas con huevo + mix de cereales (2da foto) + ½ banana .
