My vitamins are in!!!! Little by little I am changing more and more things leading closer and closer to my goals towards a total permanent healthy lifestyle change. These are my #Vemma vitamins. They are liquid which is important for #Bioavailability especially for someone who has issues with nutrient absorption like those with #inflammation or any kind of #IBD since you absorb the majority of your nutrients through your bowel, when you have issues in those areas, your absorption levels decrease. Liquid vitamins help with that issue because anything that is in liquid form can begin absorbing into your body from the moment it reaches your mouth from the blood vessels under your tongue which means your body can actually reap the benefits of the vitamins you are taking. Taking a pill multivitamin has to broken down by your stomach and then by your bowel so some nutritional value is lost. These in particular actually taste really good and are in my fridge so I never forget to take them because it’s #2ounces of goodness 🤗

Vitamin B5 or Pantothenic Acid is a water soluble B Vitamin found in a wide variety of foods. Good food sources include avocado, organic offal, mushrooms, eggs yolk, green vegetables, sunflower seeds, almonds, cheese and wholegrains.
