Lunching in the gap. How often do you skip lunch? I can’t. I need regular food to feed my engine. I may not have time to prepare elaborate lunches for myself, but I’m getting pretty adept at pulling together stuff from the fridge to eat in a jiffy. I poured my pesto (big jar of homemade pesto➡️recipe on my blog) over kelp noodles. These tasty sea treats are filled with nutrition.
