BURNING TUMMY FAT!
Do 1000 sit ups a day! That’ll do it 👍🏼 as silly as it sounds this is what most people would do but it’s not quite that simple.
Unfortunately our bodies decide where the fat comes off and not our exercise choices. Therefore if you want to burn tummy fat or any area then you need to focus on burning as many calories as possible.
Rather than doing sit ups pick exercises like squats, deadlifts and chest presses. Exercises like these use a lot of muscles and burn far more energy than sit ups.
Also add cardio into your routine as this is another great way of burning through body fat. ================================
