Since I had exactly the same thing to eat today as I did yesterday, here's my pre-4 hour workout carb-up! Lazy meal of whole grain rice and quinoa, chicken fillets and frozen veg stir fried in a little coconut oil.

Been really struggling with keeping in a routine with the gym recently but I find that posting progress pictures motivates me. Not much has changed in the last few weeks but determined to keep pushing on 💪🏼 Full body work out this evening with 20 minutes of cardio on the step machine to start.

I'm sure compared to others that 3km in 15 minutes probably isn't the most amazing time in the world. But considering I'm sitting at around 97kg/215lbs at the minute, which is most definitely not all muscle, and the fact that I haven't really done any running at all for over a year, I was happy enough to step off the treadmill with this.
