🚪You must have hear about this thing called as 'anabolic window' from your friends and people around in gym and may be fitness gurus talking about ,so what is this and how effective it is ,or just another hyped bullshit.
🙅Personally ,I haven't used any supps even protein supps back in my college days while doing btech or mtech ,I always went gym running ,came back running and took my meals almost 1-2 hours prior my workout and I have experienced all kind of gains🤙
👤Now let's talk generalised and mainly science,recently I have put this topic and got really nice response ,one of you asked me that he has seen some youtuber saying ( eat protein ) if you consume egg for that ,leave yellow part and eat only whites,honestly I think it's stupid and those who throw yellow part are out of their mind ,for now leave that topic aside -
📚Science says even if you don't eat protein after your resistance training ,you won't lose any opportunities for making gains if you eating your next meal containing carbs - protein and amino ( leucine ) in 3-4 hours duration.
🙃It simple means that you don't have to worry about consuming protein as soon as possible just after your workout ends,because if you eat enough protein through out your day ,it doesn't matter.
🤷But what if you workout ,empty stomach ? 👉What if you workout after having lunch ?
👉What about mixing up dextrose ( carb) or creatine with whey?

11 months ago Ashlee aka Birdy started inquiring about “getting back in to shape.” Birdy has been a family friend of my wife Erica and I since she was young teenager. After about two or three failed attempts at getting her to join our OCR program on her own, I told her very frankly that I was done coddling her and that Sam, our OCR program director would be calling her. I told Sam very aggressively to get her ass scheduled to come in ASAP and not get caught up in her yammering or excuses... fast forward 10 months and here is where Birdy is today:
@ashsuzanne12 “10 months ago I went to my first Synners OCR training. One of the coaches (James) came up to me and asked if I was going for a trifecta. I made a wise crack about the race track and betting on the ponies...mostly because I knew nothing about spartan races and had no idea what a race trifecta was. At the time I had no intentions of racing anytime soon, let alone doing 3. I completed my first super in June and then went on to do a beast in October and then a sprint yesterday. The stadium being the easiest of all three was my last race and it was a breeze. Each race I failed one less obstacle. I look forward to the day when I have a burpee free race. I am still figuring out how to balance all of life’s responsibilities and incorporate me time. A big shout out to my hubby who has spent many hours on daddy duty during my some what obsessive working out. I could not have done it without the awesome coaches at synergy and all the great peeps I’ve met along the way. I’m looking forward to what’s next.” 🔥Within a year, Ashlee’s transformation has been every bit of awesome and is today’s success story for your #transformationtuesday .
