Funny how this was my post 4 years ago today. It's as if I were #TalkingToMyFutureSelf . I was following the path that lead me to this point right now. It was just a means to get me closer to #GodsWill . I was supposed to sustain my family a little while longer, and hone my skills and allow Him to craft the world and prepare me for this true #LeapOfFaith . Here I am God... #Leaping ... I completely trust that You will #CarryMeThrough this too. I NEVER thought I would get passed my parents divorce and you #ShowedMe . I NEVER thought I would be able to make #AWayOutOfNoWay and you Showed Me. I NEVER thought my kids would be as healthy as they've been the past year and you Showed Me. I NEVER thought I'd rekindle the relationship with my mom that I have, and you Showed Me. I NEVER thought I would find the love and support I had like Cindy gave me and you #ShowedMe . So I have no reason not to trust that You can't #ShowMe again.. I know that any worries that I currently have you have already #WorkedItOut . You have blessed me with the opportunity that I have asked for and now I'm scared out of my mind. I know... #BeCarefulWhatYouAskFor .. Now it's time to #ShowAndProve .

6 AM. This is quickly becoming my favorite time of day💪🏻. Before finding out about how effective home workouts and proper nutrition can be, I would have NEVER thought that I would be one of those people who popped out of bed in the morning ready to workout 🙄. Even more surprising is the fact that I got my husband out of bed to do it with me 👏. .
But now, every morning I'm up and at 'em🌅. I drink some pre-workout and get.it.done ✅. It helps me to feel more organized and in control of my time, gives me a burst of energy⚡️ that lasts all day long, and has become a great time to connect with my hubby and kiddos when they join me or to have a little me time if not ☕️ . It is so amazing to me how much time I spent worrying about my weight without really doing anything about it when the solution was so simple🤦🏻♀️.
I am loving ❤️being able to run my own accountability groups and pay forward this amazing opportunity. Filling up my next group now, and I would love to have you in there doing it with me 👯. Today has been a rough day mentally/emotionally. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, my fuse has been short and when I tried to ride my bike to clear my head, my tire was deflated and almost off the rim. I have been dealing with so much internally that I just felt completely overwhelmed in the moment and started crying my eyes out. My first thought was to eat my feelings. I looked in the mirror at my beet red face remembered that it isn't worth it. So, I put my ear buds in and did my own workout. No video, no tutorials, just my own workout. I kicked my own butt and while I'm still teary, I'm glad I turned to a workout and not food.
