It’s that time of the year again.🤗The time where we purposely get tangled in lights, and tangled with our sweetheart 🤫, or friends to get toasty, drink 🍵concoctions that leave us feeling cozy, eat abundant amounts of comforting foods (year round for me🍠🥔) and listen to Frank Sanatra/ Michael Bublé ...and okay maybe to Taylor Swift more than expected🙈 (cuz your roomie @tarakemp_ is a die hard fan) ...but over all it’s basically a time to create more ✨magic✨!Feeling humbly grateful! 🙏🏼And you? Cold night deserves a chilli to warm ya bones...although this was the first time I’ve eaten red meat in a while and I think it will be a while until I have it again. Tasty meal but I’m just not keen on heavy meat anymore ✋🏼

Anyone else like a good stretch at the end of the day🙋🏼♀️? As much as exercise is the foundation of youth 😉 we are only as old as our joints are mobile!! So if you’re killing it in your workouts, making great strength gains or smashing out sweaty cardio sess after sweaty cardio sess please remember to streeeetch!!! Those muscles will get tight & without working on flexibility & mobility you could do yourself an injury!!
Don’t skimp on or rush your stretches either - ideally hold each post-workout stretch for 30 seconds and leave yourself a good 10 mins to stretch at the end of your workout.
Muscles are great, just not strong, stiff rigid muscles.... much better are strong, supple, flexible muscles 💪🏼
