Legs day ✔️#GrindTime 🎾💪⚡️- 📝 According to last nights body measurements, Ive gained 3.5 cm in each leg and 5 cm in my hips (glutes), in just one month of full-time weight training and limited cardio! 💥🙏 🎥 Leg press - 450lbs ; 6 reps (not my PR)💥👊
Light Days > Rest Days. I prefer to have a light workout than a complete rest day (unless I'm completely exhausted, usually after a tournament or a twice a day workout week). Staying active, helps me eat better, enhances my mood, and keeps me motivated. After hanging out with the family I had to get my quick workout (stretch, dynamic warmup, resistance bands, core training, soccer drills) in. ✔️#GrindTime 🎾💪⚡️- Here are 6 of my favorite Core/Abs exercises 🎥: Full Leg Raises (Sets of 20), Side-to-Side Leg Raises (Sets of 20), Regular Crunches (Sets of 50), Side-to-Side Crunches (Sets of 50), Side Planks (30-60 secs), Standard Planks (30-60 secs) 💥👊
Round 2: Shoulders ✔️#GrindTime 🎾💪⚡️As I mentioned earlier, the gym is closed after 12 on Saturdays and closed on Sundays, but that doesnt stop me from getting it done. A few dumbbell s, plates, resistance bands, and 5 sets of 10 handstand push-ups were enough to get a great home workout in. Much better than nothing.👊💥
I like to end back days with a few sets of pull-ups 💥👊 #PullUpOrShutUp 🎾💪⚡️Back, Triceps, Abs ✔️📝Full range of motion, no swing, no kick with legs... this was my last (max out) set after a 90 min workout (including 10 sets of 10)💥

Je vous fais donc la review du vitamax de chez @fitadium que j'avais reçu dans ma super #fitabox . Je teste depuis plus de 15 jours ces vitamines assez complètes mine de rien et enrichies en spiruline (1comp. le matin). Sans appel, j'ai un peu plus d'énergie (moins de coups de pompe), moins de fatigue pendant et après l'entrainement. J'ajoute aussi que TOUT le monde tombe malade autour de moi à cause du temps sauf moi 😂 Ça doit aider je pense. Bref je recommande grandement et rachèterai !
Je prends également en complément de temps en temps le complexe magnésium et zinc de @myproteinfr qui m'aide grandement à l'endormissement si besoin (attention au surdosage avec d'autres vitamines). C'est efficace et pas cher :) Voilà, voilà, bonne journée à tous !
