Happy Sunday!!! Started the day with a shakshuka. It’s one of the most coziest breakfast. Warm dish with GOOD local sourdough bread to dip in. + matcha. Ya know that never fails! Deets👉🏻tomato sauce seasoned with (Italian, cumin, pink salt, pepper, and chili flakes), onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed greens, and eggs! I sautéed the veggies first and then baked for 15 minutes on 400! Do it, you’ll be happy!🤤 #_afreshpurefood

Prepping my soup for the week! Look at all those phytonutrients!!! 👀. All that color means tons of antioxidants and cancer preventing foods! I chose to use a red onion and purple cabbage, in particular, because the deeper the purple the more powerful the antioxidants...AKA younger inside and out! This is just stocked with cleansing foods and immune boosting food. It also includes prebiotics, food for the healthy gut bacteria. Perfect for this time of the year!!!! Check out my live video in my story to see exactly what I put in it. Throughout the week I will add ether brown rice or some sweet potato for a starch. I will add beans or egg whites mainly for protein source. One day I plan on a little red meat as I feel my body needs some 😉

This no-guilt sweet treat is just what we needed after a weekend of holiday indulging 💚🎄❤️ Sweet potatoes have a high content of beta-carotene, potassium, vitamins A, C, and B6.
Here are some of the many health benefits of Sweet Potatoes: •Keeps our skin looking young
•Promotes Weight loss •Lowers Cholesterol • Promotes Prostate health

•3 medium organic sweet potatoes, washed and dried •1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
•Sea Salt, to taste
•Caramel infused dark balsamic vinegar, to taste
1. Set oven temp to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Then, slice each half into long strips.
3. Place the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and sea salt. Then drizzle with Caramel infused dark balsamic vinegar.
4. Bake for 40 minutes or until tender and golden.
5.Serve warm-alone or with your favorite lean protein. ~Healthy Happy Eating~

Salt therapy- sweat, tears & the sea 🌊. There's something very true about the therapeutic benefits of salt & this weekend I opted for sea therapy. Being near the ocean helps relieve stress, cleanses the mind and body and allows the body to absorb those antioxidant rich negative ions. Negative ions boost the immune system, help relieve inflammation and ground the body & mind. We're lucky in Australia to have such a stunning coast line, which I got to enjoy from the stunning sapphire coloured water in Bermagui & Merimbula right down to Apollo Bay on the rugged Great Ocean Road. Get out of the city this weekend and enjoy all the beauty and benefits the ocean has to offer. 😄
