Quarter filled another empty hair repair (re-use, recycle etc) with conditioner and fill with water. Instant leave in conditioner. Still no toxic synthetic chemicals. This is fresh fruit - hand harvested #olives from my family’s #olivegrove in Northern CA. All olives start green, and as they mature olives turn red and then purple, then almost black at full maturity. Their oil content also increases with maturity. I made a big batch when I had cold a couple of weeks ago with all of our farm veggies & whole chicken from @rosiebellefarm and today it was the perfect warm up & immune booster for lunch! #meatfreemondays 🌍❤️you don't always need meat to get enough protein and to feel satisfied after so I've been trying to cut down and experiment 🤗I created this satay tofu Buddha bowl and it was delish 🙌 I marinated the tofu in peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup and garlic infused oil and cooked it in the oven then wok until crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle 😋the sauce was so yummy I could've eaten it alone - anything with peanut butter 😍

Cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies to cook with and eat. It tastes great and by now you know how versatile it is - rice, crusts, smoothies, soups, etc! (Getting hungry)
For a simple, healthy side dish to any meal...Try breaking down and roasting your cauliflower in the oven until golden and slightly tender (temp: 325 for approx ~40 mins).
I coat in avocado oil, himalayan salt, and pepper for a base; then add spices depending on what I am in the mood for. These veggies take well to most flavors so try experimenting with your favorites whether you opt for spice blends like turmeric/garlic and cumin/chili or sauces like an herby chimichurri!
