Super fun and painful early session this morning with @elizaskander ~ this was just a little finisher circuit of back extension with 10kg plate for 10reps followed by 10 bodyweight reps. This version was purely for glute/ham engagement which I could totally feel due to our previous heavy hip thrusts and various lunge variations 🤪I round my upper back, hug the plate and focus on pulling up ONLY with mi 🍑These exercises alone won’t build that big booty but in conjunction with heavier compound lifts like lunges, weighted thrusts and bridges, sumo squats and deadlifts they all complement for a nice, rounded development 😜👌#lift #strongwomenunite #glutes #training #backextension #getpeachy #dontforgettodeadlift

❗️Вариант #1 - С округлением спины в нижней точке амплитуды.😌
Этот вариант позволяет проработать мышцы разгибатели позвоночника не только в статическом варианте(как в классическом исполнении) но и в динамике🕺🏽. Позволяя задействовать разгибатели по всей длине, если выразится уж совсем просто. Не рекомендую выполнять этот вариант с дополнительным весом.❌
🗣Для чего используется этот вариант: 
1. Разминка перед тренировкой, укрепление мышц разгибателей позвоночника.
2. Улучшение трофики позвоночного столба, профилактика остеохондроза и других заболеваний связанных с нарушением трофики и кровоснабжения.

❗️Вариант #2 - С руками поднятыми над головой.😃
Поднимая руки вверх мы не только дополнительно задействуем трапециевидную и дельтовидные мышцы😮, но и прорабатываем мелкие мышцы спины расположенные под крупными. Задействуем глубокие паравертибральные мышцы спины.🤤 В руки можно взять дополнительно отягощение по 1-2кг.
🗣Для чего используется этот вариант: 
1. Тренировка новичков,  перед тем как перейти к более сложным упражнением.
2. Более комплексный подход к укреплению мышц спины вдоль всего позвоночного столба. Нагрузка в 2 раза значительнее, работает в 2 раза больше мышц чем в предыдущем варианте.
3. Отлично вписывается в тренировку спины для девушек и женщин, однозначный мастхэв 👩🏻

These are the sticky-outty parts at the back of your vertebrae (think lizard spine) that have a structural impact on our back extension. Be mindful when working on back bends to fight the tendency to put all the work into the low back even though that's usually easiest. #poledance #spine #backextension #backflexibility #massagetherapy #anatomy

This exercise should not be used as a back exercise! I repeat, you SHOULD NOT feel this in your low back. You SHOULD feel this in your glutes and hamstrings. Extending at the low back, especially when weighted, is priming yourself to develop low back pain (that is if you don't already have it). Instead, work on strengthening your glutes to help STABILIZE your low back.

Apres cette journée sous tension, aaah l'administration française ... 🙄 et une aprés-midi avec les primaires, mes petits bout m'ont énormément manqué, mais il faut savoir s'adapter.
Alors pour me détendre, le mieux etais un back day! ☺️
Mais il fallais bien un nuage dans le soleil qu'etais mon entraînement 😡 mon casque (duré de vie 4ans) a rendu l'âme au début de la séance, j'ai fini ma séance avec un écouteur sur deux, entendre les gens pendant le training c'était compliqué 😅
Je songe à prendre un sans fil, parce que le fil qui se coince dans les haltères ou les machines ça a pas aider je pense! 😂

Glutes 🍑 and Hamstrings 
1. Back extensions - Keep your chin tucked and upper back rounded to target your glutes and hams - 3x20
2. Stiff leg deadlifts with KB - chest up, shoulders back, hinge at your hips and keep the KB right along the midline of your body. Drive up through heels. I did lighter weight for more reps since this was towards the end of my workout and I was trying to burnout - 3x30
3. Banded side steps - drive out with your knee first, not foot. This one burrrnns 🔥🔥 - 3x40
4. Side lunge variation - keep foot at 45 degree angle, lean into your leg, and push back up through your heel - 3x15 
5. Single leg hip thrust on Bosu Ball - thrust those hips up by driving through your heel - 3x20
This was the last half of my workout. I started with weighted step back lunges, donkey kicks on the smith machine, and wide stance KB squats. I go back and forth between using heavy weight for ⬇️reps and lower weight for ⬆️reps. Today was lighter weight.
