And I've decided to concentrate on #unilateral movements and build a whole #legworkout this way.
It can be good to #challengeyourself with different movements and #unilateraltraining can be a useful way to build greater #stability and highlight any weak points and can also be good for developing better #endurance given more continuous training of each side of the body. It's good to have such experience even to just see how it is. Workout almost without rest, just because while you working for one leg, other will resting. To be honest, i had rest to find someone to take video of me 🤦🏼‍♀😁
1. Unilateral #hipthrust (unilateral #glutesbridge)
2. Split squats #splitsquat
3. Unilateral #backextension. I did 1 set unilateral and then 2 sets with 2 legs fixed (but I increased weight)
4. Legs swinging (using #butt strap, yeah, funny name)
5. #backkick (resistance machine)
Make sure you have #goodtechnique and be sensible with own body, especially if you are not used to unilateral training as it might stress your #muscle more as a result.

Happy to be able to do back extensions again.  I have not been able to do this for a few months due to lower back pain.  My lower back is in much better shape.  I never gave up on myself.  Although, I did have to eliminate and modify quite a few exercises. With all the sitting and hunching over phones & computers our low backs are in constant flexion. If we never put our spine into extension we will lose that range of motion. But remember about 70% of people are in spinal extension while standing. ➡️ Be careful not to overdo this movement - Build your range slowly. .
