Abs are cool and all but let me tell you that for me to see these suckers (lean and dry) i have to put in 120% nutrition 120% training cause I’m not fortunate with genetics that allows me to walk around this lean! For the love I have for donuts and eat like a true Samoan😭🤦🏾♀️ makes it 80 times harder (food is life) 😭 As a trainer, GXI & coach it’s so easy to forget about yourself and in order for you to keep yourself accountable like you are for your clients, members, YOU MUST WALK the WALK & TALK THE TALK (def not easy as it sounds) but I must lead by example by keeping myself accountable through my actions that anything and everything you put your mind into is POSSIBLE and nothing worth having comes easy, You cannot want what you’re not willing to work for 👊🏾 Going through progress pics motivate me to push even harder and bring in a better package than last show ✊🏾! My #transformationtuesday post because I'm super proud of myself. Left pic &video vs. Right are a 6 wks difference. I know my "mom belly fat" is going to be the last thing to go...it always is for me but I'm extremely happy with my progress. I eat too much 🍕🍔 tacos and cheese on the weekends but during the week I'm good 😆 #becausegoalsandshit I still have about 10 pounds of fat to burn off and I'm always looking for ladies to join me on this journey!!
