I hear so many excuses all the time about why people aren't where they want to be. You aren't where you want to be because you aren't even trying. You convince yourself you are trying but we all know you aren't because where are your results?
You play the victim card and fully believe the world has done you wrong and everyone and everything is out to get you. It's just not true you see only what you want to see in the world. It's a choice!
You want to lose weight go do it or at least seek help in doing so, just don't tell me I've tried everything when you haven't.
Want to get better at exercise but you got pain, go learn something about your own body don't just use it as another excuse!
Want to make more money, well educate yourself on how to do so most multi millionaires on the planet started with nothing and no degree.
I have my own struggles but what I don't have are excuses!
I have torn ligaments in my foot and I still workout harder than you!
Some days I'll be my own motivation you just worry about getting yourself to where you need to be, get your head right, follow your own path. Actually believe in yourself for a change!
So many of you are looking down at the ground pondering what's going wrong, your dreams can't be found down there, look up at the infinite universe and witness your dreams!
If you can't do that then remove yourself from my presence because I don't have time for negativity, envy, hatred, self loathing or any ill intent anyone has in this life!
I will keep going till I collapse (see what I did there), I will be above all negativity thrown my way, I will succeed where you don't because I'll always work harder and longer with more consistency and more positivity than you ever will have and if you read all this and thought it's about you well it is so maybe you should change your ways or don't.
Either way my head will be looking up into that infinite universe and the dreams I've had, I am living in and I've yet to bring to fruition. Hoje quando olho no espelho quase não consigo acreditar que meu peso aumentou uns 10kg em mais ou menos em uns 8 meses. Eu admito que é muito difícil, desesperador até. Pensar que tive toda uma caminhada para a perda de peso e "deixar" retornar parte dele.
Eu estou consciente dos causadores disso, não posso dizer "não sei o que aconteceu!". Enfim, quando a vida da seus giros cada pessoa reage à sua maneira. Eu particularmente tenho problemas com a comida.
Agora que consegui enfrentar algumas das questões que me traziam grande ansiedade, estou estabelecendo de novo um objetivo: quero perder esse peso adquirido.
Exatamente por ter essas questões com a comida, a alimentação, me conheço o suficiente para saber que não posso me restringir demais, mas não funciono bem com muita liberalidade. Sabendo disso vou passo a passo voltando a essa jornada.
Cada dia mais percebo como o devemos prestigiar o aforismo grego: "conhece-te a ti mesmo". Afinal, quem não se conhece não sabe lidar com suas próprias nuances e, com isso, a busca de qualquer objetivo se torna extremamente trabalhosa.

Today was one of those days... Wen ure just feeling completely out of it for no apparent reason... Seems like nothing is going the way it should... 1 word to describe it... FRUSTRATION
It was one of those days I even considered skipping my workout, going home and crawling into Bed... But I didn't!
Instead I made my way to Gym, had an awesome workout and felt on top of the world thereafter..
It's one of the things I love most about working out... It's the perfect escape from the crazy hectic world 🏋️🏋️🏋️
