"I was particularly impressed how the redness in my eyes and itching improved. I have had chronic blepharitis all my life and the rotational plan and Immuno Bloodprint helped me determine which foods were the cause." Dr. Belanger, ND.⠀
What is Blepharitis? It's inflammation of the eyelid. Why would determining what your food sensitivities are help with a condition like this? The key word here is inflammation. Food Sensitivities cause inflammatory reactions to occur in your body. Change what you eat and inflammation will decrease. So what you eat can affect every part of your body, even down to your eyelid.⠀
If you would like to learn more about food sensitivities and how following the results of the Immuno Bloodprint can help you fight inflammation please feel free to message us.
Bones dried out and ready for the slow cooker! Got stomach issues? Inflammation or injury concerns? Bone broth could be the answer due to its high levels of collagen.

I like ashwagandha for many reasons! I especially like it for its exercise performance boosts it lends. I usually take 500 mg before sleep 😴. I stumbled across a recent study that looked at the cardiorespiratory endurance effects on elite cyclists.
They had 40 elite cyclists ingest 500 mg of ashwagandha extract for 8 weeks, where as the placebo group received a starch (I wonder what starch it consisted of??) capsule.
What the researchers discovered was that the Ashwagandha group experienced a major performance boost in maximal aerobic capacity, respiratory exchange ratio and total time to exhaustion compared to the placebo group. This is pretty exciting research!
What have your been your experiences with using this classic Ayurvedic herb?

Meiden: eliminiere jegliche Kunstlichteinflüsse in deiner Umgebung.
Highly recommended for anybody with taste buds 😍😋🙌🌪
Lightly toast coconut flakes on a pan, add some whole rock salt and a little butter if you’re feeling frisky. So tasty and so easy. Tastes just like that nutritionally void popcorn stuff people like to munch on, but provides more goodness 🌼🤗 #lchf#snack#coconut
What an amazing weekend at the Bulletproof Conference with my tribe! ☀️
I'm so grateful to have people from my hometown of Seattle that share in my interest and curiosity over things like structured water, gut biome, hormone analysis, nootropics and smart drugs, grounding, mindfulness, gratitude and so much more!
I'm also grateful for the new friends and connections from all over the world! 🙏🙏🙏

As much as I luuuuv my veg ice cream, this was such a nice change!
I usually go through phases where I have the same breakfast pretty much for 2-3 months straight or a version of it AND then I get sick of it and do a complete 360. It's that time lol
Macro- & nutrient-wise it's actually quite similar to my veg ice cream [high fat, moderate to low protein & low carb with lots of vitamins, minerals & antioxidants] BUT it's very different in the taste department, obviously!
#GANGSTER is the word I shouted halfway through my meal because it tasted soooo damn geud 👐🏼😂 Anyone else make weird noises or blurt out words of enjoyment when eating?
Never has there been anything like Anastasis. Not just the formulas, which are only one small aspect to this brand. Our purpose. Disruption of the system. Medial induced public too sedated to see the truth. There are other options. One week out from brand launch. I hope you all enjoy this as much as we do. #alchemy#theurgy#biohacking @dustinlaemmlen @anastasisnutra
Walnuts are a good source of copper and a very good source of manganese. Unfortunately approximately 64 million Americans have a delayed food sensitivity to walnut. Because of its very high level of reactivity, if nuts are a part of your diet we recommend sending us a message letting us know what chronic health symptoms you have been experiencing. We can connect you with one of our Food Sensitivity Experts to assist you in finding out if nuts, or any other common foods, may be triggering your symptoms.
Best most easy readable informative book ive read yet.. only published a few months ago it combines two previous books from two different research sicentists who have blown the cause and reasons for sickness and wellbeing... like i always say ITS ALL WITH THE FOOD.... ketosis is universally the method our ancestors have used to get trough countless ice ages since the beginning of time 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸
It seems so hard to believe that it is 2017 nearly 2018 and the idea that hopoglycamia and hyperglycamia will cause death... completly egnoring the fact that our bodys turn white fat to brown... how do bears rabbit and foxs get trough the winter....🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶 My mother is guilded with here diabetes nutrition by people who are feed this FALSE information.. every disese known to mankind has been promoted by false nutrition studies and information.. it makes me so sad and frustrated that in this day and age IRELANDs nutritional imformation is decades old and never questioned if its right or wrong... people are making themselves sicker by the day following plajn WRONG nutrional guidlines and they trust the people that inform them....🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 that fact that high carbohydrate and frequent meals during the day is the norm in ireland is SHOCKING given that the studys are literally overflowing and overwhelming the dogmas of vintage nutritional theorys... as any doctor or phamisest in ireland about nutrition and they will feed u shit that has been wrong since the 1960's that saturated fats cause hart disese, that genetics are the reason for somone getting cancer and theres nothing that can be done but treat it with chemo, that auto imuine disese are old treatable and theres no cure.. “We (as in all humans on earth) don’t get enough protein in our diets (as in-its impossible)”- this is one of my least favorite things to hear 🙈 The recommended daily allowance (RDA) for protein is 0.8 grams per kilogram. This is how much protein you need to consume to be regarded as HEALTHY (to meet your basic nutritional requirements) So for example an 80kg man would need to eat 64g of protein a day (0.8g x 80kg) obviously if you’re trying to gain quite a bit of muscle or you’re doing a lot of exercise you’ll need to eat more than that. In a standard chicken breast (100g) there is 31g of protein (on average), in 100g of broccoli there are 2.8g of protein. So if this man ate 2 chicken breasts and 100g of broccoli - he would reach his daily goal of 64g of protein in one meal, he should eat more than one meal a day. (How basic? And easy?) If you don’t get enough protein in your diet you need to take another look at your diet.
-is there protein in your bag of chips? -is there protein in your doughnuts?
-is there protein in your sweets and sugary treats?
-is there protein in your fast food?
- is this protein high quality?
(The answer to the questions above = PROBS NOT🙅🏻)
- are the foods you’re eating majority unhealthy fats and carbs?
-do you eat one poorly nutritious meal a day?
If you’re eating majority processed foods with high carbs and high fats or you’re eating one meal a day- you’re probably not getting enough protein in your diet but that’s your choice. If you choose to get your calories in by Whole Foods, unprocessed foods, good quality lean meats, legumes, leafy veg, whole grains you’re going to get enough protein. Studies show you can get more than enough protein even on a whole plant based diet (vegan diet). You have full control of what to put into your body and you actually have a whole lot MORE CONTROL of what your BODY looks like and your HEALTH than you think you do ❤️ #notallcaloriesareequal#fuelyourbodyright
