I add this gem to my face lotion to promote the health of my skin. 👧 The sensation of the oil on my skin helps wake me up and it also smells wonderful!
I also diffuse this to neutralize odors in my home. (Especially in my cats room, yes, she has her own room🐈) You can also put it on a cotton ball and put it in the vent of your car for an odor free ride. (Moms with sports kids⚽⚾🏈, your welcome!) Let's talk about this picture... the one I nearly didn't post. The one where I felt more than a little uncomfortable because the top and leggings that normally fit me well - felt uncomfortable.
Let's talk about how i thought it might have been hormone related but then realised I ate something that had actually caused #bloating .
For a long time I knew I was #lactose#intolerant but early on this year, I realised I was a little intolerant to a number of #fodmaps . The most troublesome being #onion , #apple and #garlic .
I'm usually very careful about what I eat but yesterday I started to get hangry while out so I bought a sandwich which included meatballs. Needless to say... that sandwich probably contained the tiniest amount of onion and within about 2 hours I looked like this and FELT like a whale.
It's not fun but it's also not well known. Intollerances to gluten and dairy, etc is well-known but onions and apples... that's just bizarre... right?!
So many people out there think they're uncomfortable because they ate too much...in actual fact it could be as simple as a pesky fodmap sugar. Always worth seeing a medical professional...elimination diets and reintroduction are tricky and not to be done on their own.
Low fodmap is also not permanent, it's designed to help you reintroduce where possible so you don't avoid the food forever. Clearly I'm still on the journey 😂.

I also found out I'm extremely LOW in vitamin D which is why I get flare ups of a common skin condition called keratosis pilaris on my arms and face!!
