And so begins our cross country adventure! Moving is hell but it's a lot easier when your body is fueled by healthy fats. Didn't have to stop once for food after breakfast. We've got our keto snacks for the road and we're ready head east. First stop: Montana. Stay tuned.
Starting at 261, I just REALLY wanted to get out of the 200s. Now, at 199, I'm aiming for 178. That will be my lowest weight since my daughter was born, nearly six years ago. After that, my ultimate goal is 150-something, I think.
I found out today that Quest chips have 2-3g net carbs and 21g of protein per bag, and I about dropped dead right there! 😂 So I drove my ass real quick to GNC and got a few flavors to try! Who else has tried these?

I had so much fun yesterday! We went to a bed and breakfast for brunch, went to the Dallas Museum of Art, and played some old school arcades at Round1 (I played 4 rounds of Pump it Up and did not even break a sweat, which means I’m fitter than I was in high school. I even had a perfect round at HARD. Which means, I still got it 💁🏻). Ended the date with hibachi to go. #datenight#date
BREAKFAST: *One* of the reasons I was drawn to keto was breakfast food. It’s one of my favorite things to eat, and although I’m bummed I can’t have my traditional biscuits and gravy, I know there are some keto versions I need to try. It’s hard to start a WOE and completely give up everything you have grown accustomed to. I love that with keto, there’s a lot I can still have. You can’t go wrong with sausage and a cheese omelet.
Smell, texture, taste 🤤I love truffle cheese!! The boys think it's like licking someone's armpit. I'm not sure how they know what that's like, but they're boys and I'm not going to question it. Yay, more for ME.
Haven't really ate anything since Thursday night due to being sick. On my Kroger run to get some cold and flu medicine, I found these on markdown and couldn't pass them up. Excited to try them when I start feeling better. My first two days being sick was just a liquid diet of water and chicken broth. Yesterday I was so sick to my stomach that I had to carb up with a Sprite and some crackers. :( Everytime I've had the smallest "cheat" I put on like 3 pounds. I really hope that doesn't happen this time.

I actually ate breakfast!!! (This never happens, I always just have bpc) The omelette is by @jimmydean found at @bjswholesale and is made of egg white, spinach, caramelized onions and cheese.. I added extra cheese. And the sausage patties are actually veggie ones from @morningstarfarms Freaking nom, my belly is super happy.
