One of my most indulgent tasting keto approved snacks! But I always weigh these puppies out because you don't get that many for a serving! High in fat, super low in carbs! I used to refer to these as fat pills when I ate the standard American diet... Now the name still fits but I want the fat. Healthy fats give me energy & fills me up fast!!!

So everything I ate before 2 today counts as complete and total oops and I’m moving forward. I ate an Atkins bar on the way out the door to take my daughter to Chikfila before school. Then I had bacon for real breakfast. Then a quest bar and another Atkins bar, which I shared both with the baby. Then I had lunch meat and cheese and mayo roll ups. Then I ate Halo. All while chugging water and wondering when my body was gonna be like okay, stop. Well it still hasn’t registered, btw. -
We all have bottomless pit days where you just need more food. I didn’t make the best choices. I *should have cooked something, but I didn’t. AND THAT IS OKAY. -
Eating like a garbage disposal for 3 hours won’t kill my progress any more than eating a salad will make me magically fit. -
Food isn’t the problem. The way we think about it is.
My morning has to start with #BPC . I know some people LOVE their coffee house coffee but nothing compares to the creamy concoction that I can whip up in my own blender. I also have a side of cranberry cream cheese loaf found on www.divaliciousrecipies.com.
My current coffee process! Nutri-bullet your coffee!!! Sooo good!! I clicked the stop button before I showed pouring it into my coffee cup. It's so frothy. Check it out that part in my insta-story. Normally I measure most of these things but for video purposes I just guessed. I normally do half a tablespoon of the xct oil, one scoop of collagen 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar-free Torani syrup. Enjoy, I know I will!!
