It’s okay to be a beginner. ☝️perfectly timed quote by my trainer today as I was stumbling through a move.
I think we often get lost in comparing our after to someone’s before. Our weaknesses to someone’s strength. But, what the heck does that get us? Nothing good.
So today, on booty day - 60 minutes. No weights. No cardio. Dripping sweat (started in a sweatshirt now I’m here 😂😅)...I was a beginner.
One step, one day, one sweat at a time...you will get better. You will hit your goals. You will find success. But to get anywhere, you have to start somewhere 😉 cannot WAIT to see how much progress my fit fam and I will have made in this workout 78 days from now 🙌

This Ponte Vecchio “old bridge” had me captivated. The medieval arch bridge was built over the Arno River in Florence.
#throwback to one of the most spectacular cities I’ve seen. Florence was once home to many incredible painters, sculptures, architects & poets... Leonardo Da Vinci to name just one, leaving his beautiful work for us to see now.
