Guten Morgen liebe #fitfam 😊
Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute diese  Lebkuchen-Waffeln mit Fake-Sahne und Mandarinen 🍊 gemacht 😋
Die ganze Portion (4-5 Waffeln+Topping) hatte 456 kcal, 39g Eiweiß, 61g KH und 4g Fett 📊
Für den Waffelteig schlage ich zuerst ein Eiweiß steif und stelle es zur Seite. Anschließend rühre ich ein zweites Eiweiß mit etwas Xucker light und 100ml Sojamilch light schaumig und gebe 75g Vollkornmehl, 1 TL Backpulver und Lebkuchengewürze hinzu. Zum Schluss hebe ich den Eischnee unter. Dann gebe ich immer etwa 3-4 EL des Teiges in ein Waffeleisen. Damit der Teig nicht festklebt verwende ich das PAM Ölspray👌 Für die Fake-Sahne schlage ich ein weiteres Eiweiß steif, hebe 100g Magerquark unter und süße das ganze mit flüssigem Süßstoff 😊
Die erste Nachtschicht 🏥 ist überstanden! Zum Glück habe ich nur noch eine weitere, denn ich fühle mich schon wieder etwas kränklich 🤒 Mein Immunsystem ich leider immer noch etwas geschwächt von meiner langen starken Erkältung 🤧

Zum Frühstück habe ich heute seit langem mal wieder Topfenknödel gefüllt mit Pflaumenmus gegessen 😋
Die ganze Portion mit den Pflaumen hatte nur 480 kcal, 29g Eiweiß, 76g KH und 4g Fett 📊
Für die Topfenknödel habe ich 60g Schmelzflocken, 150g Magerquark, 1x Eiweiß, etwas Xucker light und ein paar Flavdrops zu einem klebrigen Teig vermischt. Anschließen habe ich mit feuchten Händen Kugeln geformt, eine Mulde hineingedrückt, diese mit Pflaumenmus befüllt und die Kugeln anschließend wieder verschlossen. Dann habe ich die Kugeln vorsichtig in kochendes Wasser gegeben. Die Knödel sind fertig wenn sie an der Wasseroberfläche schwimmen. Zum Schluss habe ich die Knödel noch in Vollkorn-Semmelbrösel gewälzt und mit den Pflaumen serviert👌

Da ich spontan eingesprungen bin, konnte ich mir kein Mittagessen mehr vorbereiten. Da passte es sehr gut, dass ich das Sushi noch da hatte👌

Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute Vanille-Protein-Porridge mit Kaki gemacht 😋
Die ganze Portion hatte 493 kcal, 32g Eiweiß, 77g KH und 2g Fett 📊
Für das Porridge koche ich immer 70g zarte Dinkelflocken mit 25g Vanilleproteinpudding, 5g Flohsamenschalen, 2 Scoops Smacktastic Vanilla Cream von @rockanutrition und so viel Wasser das alles schwimmt unter Rühren bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz👌
Ich habe ab heute mal wieder Nachtschicht 🏥 - aber zum Glück nur zwei Stück! 😊 
Ich bin nämlich eher ein Tagmensch und finde es sehr anstrengend Nachts wach zu bleiben und tagsüber du schlafen 😕

Wie ihr bestimmt schon bemerkt habt, unterschlage ich euch seit 2 Wochen die Wiegetag Ergebnisse.
Ich bin ratlos und bin echt vom Gedankengang dabei alles hin zu schmeißen. Hab ich ein Defizit von 2000 Kalorien und höher sieht es genau so aus und habe ich eins von 500-0 Kalorien tut sich genauso viel. 
Mit Logiken und irgendwelchen Tipps braucht man mir nicht kommen. 
Ich hab eine Bilderbuch Schilddrüse, kein Diabetes und keine Insulinresistenz. Ich bin im Defizit und muss abnehmen. Mit Hungermodus braucht ihr mir auch nicht kommen. 
Stress mache ich mir auch keinen. 
Es ist zum Haare raufen. 
Hätte gerne mehr zu der Challenge beigetragen als das ständige auf und ab 🤷🏼‍♀️

People often associate the looks 😎 and prices 💵 of a brand with the quality of their products. What they don't realize is more often than not the brands rely on their names to sell them crap 💩

A person drives 🚘 to Starbucks to get their morning coffee ☕️ and order a sandwich 🍔 for breakfast thinking 💭 "this is not the best choice possible but it's definitely not the worst" 💁. That same person would cringe at the idea of ordering a McMuffin from McDonald's because it's "so unhealthy", not knowing the McMuffin actually has less ⬇️ calories and more ⬆️ protein.

The point here is not to say McDonald's is better than Starbucks or that the McMuffin is healthy: both sandwiches are loaded with fat and there are far better options for your breakfast. The point is people often spend their hard earned money 💸 and restrict themselves with not eating what they REALLY want due to the blanket aura behind Starbucks being "healthy" and McDonalds being "disgustingly unhealthy".

Keep your eyes 👀 open and do your research 🔍, the coolest 💁 and more expensive 💸 choice is not 🚫 always the best one.

So I'm starting with a pudding from weather spoons that they only have on for Christmas which I keep wanting to try. It's chocolate orange mousse cake. This is a lie. Flexible dieting means eating a diet primarily of clean foods, and then sprinkling in some junk foods. It's not eating crap all the time. Do this, and you'll be built like Hodor.

For example, yesterday, I ate clean foods all day, and then in the evening, I ate 350 Calories of milk chocolate. It was incredible, and I felt completely satisfied with my "fat loss" diet. Is there any other diet in the world that allows you to eat chocolate? None that I can think of.

I can’t believe I’m posting this but I’m baaaaaaack! 👋 As much as I’ve enjoyed calorie counting it hasn’t really fitted in with family meals and also I feel like a new year and a fresh start deserves a new plan. I will however be following the plan MY way... I will not my be calling any food a ‘syn’ for now I don’t think it’s a good or healthy way for me to look at it, no food should be considered bad or naughty, moderation is the key which is why I will still be counting ‘SW points’. I will also be enjoying S and P food freely however free foods will be measured and and I will not be overusing these (for example huge pasta portion sizes or whole packets of processed ham for snacks). I will also NOT be making any SW cakes with a kilo of sweetener or fake haribo with 20 tons of gelatine in, this isn’t normal and definitely not healthy! I will be counting my weekly ‘SW points’ rather than daily, I think this will help me in realising I can have a little treat now and then, it’s no crime but then I need to reign it back in if I want that loss. Sorry about the long rambling post guys and I know a lot of my followers are SW through and through and may not agree but I want to and need to do this my way if I’m going to succeed.

Smashed my 10,000m watt bike challenge this morning. 
Initially I wanted 16:30 on my time. I got that about 2 weeks into the 12 week programme. So the next time challenge was 16:15 which I have been chasing for weeks and just couldn’t get past 16:16. 
Today I smashed it and got 16:06 😏💪🏽🚴🏽‍♀️. Super proud of myself! Great way to start a Monday.
