Guten Morgen liebe #fitfam 😊
Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute diese Lebkuchen-Waffeln mit Fake-Sahne und Mandarinen 🍊 gemacht 😋
Die ganze Portion (4-5 Waffeln+Topping) hatte 456 kcal, 39g Eiweiß, 61g KH und 4g Fett 📊
Für den Waffelteig schlage ich zuerst ein Eiweiß steif und stelle es zur Seite. Anschließend rühre ich ein zweites Eiweiß mit etwas Xucker light und 100ml Sojamilch light schaumig und gebe 75g Vollkornmehl, 1 TL Backpulver und Lebkuchengewürze hinzu. Zum Schluss hebe ich den Eischnee unter. Dann gebe ich immer etwa 3-4 EL des Teiges in ein Waffeleisen. Damit der Teig nicht festklebt verwende ich das PAM Ölspray👌 Für die Fake-Sahne schlage ich ein weiteres Eiweiß steif, hebe 100g Magerquark unter und süße das ganze mit flüssigem Süßstoff 😊
Die erste Nachtschicht 🏥 ist überstanden! Zum Glück habe ich nur noch eine weitere, denn ich fühle mich schon wieder etwas kränklich 🤒 Mein Immunsystem ich leider immer noch etwas geschwächt von meiner langen starken Erkältung 🤧

DRIVE-THRU TRUTH 🔍
People often associate the looks 😎 and prices 💵 of a brand with the quality of their products. What they don't realize is more often than not the brands rely on their names to sell them crap 💩
A person drives 🚘 to Starbucks to get their morning coffee ☕️ and order a sandwich 🍔 for breakfast thinking 💭 "this is not the best choice possible but it's definitely not the worst" 💁. That same person would cringe at the idea of ordering a McMuffin from McDonald's because it's "so unhealthy", not knowing the McMuffin actually has less ⬇️ calories and more ⬆️ protein.
The point here is not to say McDonald's is better than Starbucks or that the McMuffin is healthy: both sandwiches are loaded with fat and there are far better options for your breakfast. The point is people often spend their hard earned money 💸 and restrict themselves with not eating what they REALLY want due to the blanket aura behind Starbucks being "healthy" and McDonalds being "disgustingly unhealthy".
Keep your eyes 👀 open and do your research 🔍, the coolest 💁 and more expensive 💸 choice is not 🚫 always the best one.

Where did the weekend go? I had such a lovely time away with the hubby for his work do but consumed wayyy to many syns so feeling bloated and crappy! 1 week and it’s Christmas Day, just enough time to redeem myself.

Can you even believe it is only one week to Christmas Day. I am so excited for Christmas this year. Amelia is old enough to have excitement even if she doesn’t really know why and I can’t wait to see her face when she gets to rip up some paper and open her gifts.
She’ll probably be more interested in the paper but you’re only one once right.

This is what a flexible dieting SHOULD look like.
Everything thinks that if you're a flexible dieter or eat IIFYM, then it means all you eat is junk food.
This is a lie. Flexible dieting means eating a diet primarily of clean foods, and then sprinkling in some junk foods. It's not eating crap all the time. Do this, and you'll be built like Hodor.
If you're eating for fat loss, AT LEAST 80% of your calories should come from clean foods. The rest of your foods can come from junk foods as you wish.
If you're eating to build muscle, AT LEAST 60% of your calories should come from clean foods.
Remember to hit your minimum protein requirements, eat clean foods a majority of the time, get at least 3 Cups of non-starchy vegetables per day, and that's how you ace a Flexible Diet.
For example, yesterday, I ate clean foods all day, and then in the evening, I ate 350 Calories of milk chocolate. It was incredible, and I felt completely satisfied with my "fat loss" diet. Is there any other diet in the world that allows you to eat chocolate? None that I can think of.

I can’t believe I’m posting this but I’m baaaaaaack! 👋 As much as I’ve enjoyed calorie counting it hasn’t really fitted in with family meals and also I feel like a new year and a fresh start deserves a new plan. I will however be following the plan MY way... I will not my be calling any food a ‘syn’ for now I don’t think it’s a good or healthy way for me to look at it, no food should be considered bad or naughty, moderation is the key which is why I will still be counting ‘SW points’. I will also be enjoying S and P food freely however free foods will be measured and and I will not be overusing these (for example huge pasta portion sizes or whole packets of processed ham for snacks). I will also NOT be making any SW cakes with a kilo of sweetener or fake haribo with 20 tons of gelatine in, this isn’t normal and definitely not healthy! I will be counting my weekly ‘SW points’ rather than daily, I think this will help me in realising I can have a little treat now and then, it’s no crime but then I need to reign it back in if I want that loss. Sorry about the long rambling post guys and I know a lot of my followers are SW through and through and may not agree but I want to and need to do this my way if I’m going to succeed.
Smashed my 10,000m watt bike challenge this morning.
Initially I wanted 16:30 on my time. I got that about 2 weeks into the 12 week programme. So the next time challenge was 16:15 which I have been chasing for weeks and just couldn’t get past 16:16.
Today I smashed it and got 16:06 😏💪🏽🚴🏽♀️. Super proud of myself! Great way to start a Monday.
