Last week I took Elana out for her first woodland van night. She was going through a growth spurt and developmental leap, so we were having a lack of sleep. I decided to give Dan a night off and make a little break. Elana loves to watch leaves, we often put her by a window to lie there looking at the trees, so she loved to be in the woods. I guess it makes sense if we like that and one of the meanings of her name is Tree or Oak tree.
Jess is back from her 2 day work trip to Boston, and I can finally start eating like an adult again. When she’s gone I exist on cereal, snacks and #TacoBell
I missed her and we need to put #oreos on the grocery list again.

"Quel plaisir de retrouver la chaleur, la vue sur la mer et la douche froide qui n'est pas subit ! ✌. On fait le plein avant nos 5 mois à la montagne cet hiver ! ⛰❄.
🇬🇧 What a pleasure to find the heat, the view of the sea and the cold shower that is not sudden! ✌. We fill up before our 5 months to the mountain this winter ! ⛰❄."

First stop: @doobysbmore for some coffee and a bit of work! If I’m being honest, I’m actually not a big coffee drinker. I don’t need it to start my day, but on weekends (especially chilly gray mornings like today) it’s nice to grab a warm drink, in my case a vanilla latte, and get some work done on a painting for a client 👍
We're down near Glastonbury today because we're going to the carnival! In some down time we've written an article on the truth about vanlife. It's not quite what we thought it was going in and what we read about. You can read it on our website
