Food today: meal 1- bone broth, protein shake and pumpkin seeds meal 2- 2 eggs, sausage and cheese heated until crispy and meal 3- super plain salad with just a little thousand island dressing. Feeling a little off today so this will probably be all I get in.
The joys of not having a stand or tripod 🙄🙄 In this video I was TRYING to demonstrate that you can do workouts anywhere with a little creativity and innovation, but you can’t see what I’m doing, and the stupid phone fell from where I was resting it 🤷🏼♀️ I broke a ladder in the process as well. -
Anyway, even in the middle of nowhere with no gym in site, you can find ways to work your muscles and stay on the path, so nope those excuses don’t work anymore! When I lived full time on the homestead, I used cinderblocks for literally every thing I did, and my dogs gave me the cardio workouts. Sorry ladies and germs, but you can definitely do it without a gym and fancy equipment! 😂😁
Hopefully I can actually get a workout video together sometime soon, but geeze is it hard (as you can see). Love ❤️

Evidence to GET COOKING. A large population-based cohort study from the U.K. with over 11,000 people, found "eating home cooked meals more frequently was associated with better dietary quality and lower adiposity".
Important to note this study found an association not a causation (great article today by @sciencealert on correlation vs. causation). Important evidence nonetheless.
