Depois de 15 dias me recuperando de uma lombalgia chatinha, voltei aos treinos na academia. Não fiquei totalmente parada, já que fazia treinos leves em casa e continuei remando, pq dou aula de remo em canoa havaiana. Mesmo assim, o treino de hj me deixou acabada, embora tenha sido leve, de readaptação. Aí fico pensando nessa galera que acha que treinar 3 meses resolve alguma coisa. Treina três, pára nove!!!! E assim vai levando a vida, achando que atividade física e alimentação é igual cursinho intensivo de inglês para viagem! Só observo, pq se me perguntar, vai levar sermão! Vai ouvir a "verdade que espanta, ao invés da mentira que encanta"......😉
