Getting to a full press up can be really tough. The second video here is a great way to build up that strength and get used to the full range of movement whilst on your toes rather than knees. Combine them in with elevated press ups and you’ll be there in no time. Concentrate on lowering everything from chest, core and right down to your hips at the same time and keep your back straight.
