I don’t believe in adding products to my collection unless I am truly inspired.
Whether through nature, my community or most often, within myself - the inspiration always strikes. What feeds my inspiration for product development is what initially compelled me to begin sharing my creations 15 years ago - - To help people. Nothing is more fulfilling. To help people experience what works - to deliver a solution to their problem. To offer a BETTER option that improves on something, and to bring truly pure, unique plant treatments to the skin, scalp, and body that are superior in efficacy.
I’ve been focusing on what you need from the heart of my inspiration and I’m so excited to share my new skin, scalp and hair creations with you in the new year. Pictured here my work-in- progress to be finished very soon -- it’s truly incredible - It’s something to help accelerate your skin’s hydration in a whole new way and it’s efficacy is unbelievable. I can’t wait to share it!!

How many baths is too many 🤷🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️. .
I have my entire life suffered from migraines upon lots of reading i have learned that magnesium deficiency can play a role .
The current way we grow and harvest our foods have depleted the soil and most foods do not contain the amount of magnesium they once did .
So yes i rotate my #fruits & #veggies eating them w #fat to maximize absorption. .
But i have learned some creative ways to increase my magnesium intake by using @naturalcalmca powder in water a few times a day .
And yes #baths#epsomsalts which are used bc the magnesium content is a natural muscle relaxer and can help w migraines .
Water intake is crucial for me to prevent them, as well as avoiding a lot of processed foods and additives #Splenda and #sucralose are immediate triggers for me as well .
Everybody is different so pay attention to what foods make you feel a certain way a process of elimination if you will .
🇧🇷 "No money, no honey!" Brazil's Love Companions - The secret world of sexual tourism and love companionship in Rio de Janeiro. - part of 'Brazil's City of Joy' documentary.
Thankful to @flowrubi who gave me a compelling insight into the 'love companionship' business in Rio, the mindset of western men who travel to Brazil for "pay for play" and some of the tactics some working women in Copacabana use to hustle the naivety of foreign men who think Brazil is a "sensual paradise with beautiful women ready to fulfill the needs of every male tourist." "Some of your favourite male celebrities from the USA and Europe are here in Rio paying for sex. We sell them dreams and they foolishly buy it." In Rubi's fascinating story, she shares her experiences of marrying a British man and living in the UK, the types of men who come to Brazil for sexual tourism (including A-list celebrities, musicians, Hollywood actors, prominent athletes, and 'religious' figures), the "stupidity" of men who think they can buy a woman's love, and the importance of her faith in God. "God guides me and keeps me safe. Life is difficult but I put my full trust in God and not no man!" Rubi will be featured in my upcoming documentary, 'Brazil's City of Joy' coming soon... (I lost a lot of respect for some men after recording this interview, the way some men think and understanding their attitudes towards sex and relationship. Was definitely one of the most eye-opening interviews I've done so far.) Note - The documentary will not be endorsing or encouraging sexual abuse, harassment or sexual tourism. Men really need to step their game up!
