Ox-bow Bogenparcours in Jagsthausen, mit sehr anspruchsvollen Zielen. Kleine Schussfenster à la "Die haben doch einen an der Klatsche"( nur Spaß;) ) und weite Entfernungen bieten allen etwas, die nach einer neuen Herausforderung suchen. Darunter auch der berüchtigte Bulle auf 80m für "erfahrene Schützen". Zum ganzen dazu bietet der Parcours auch ein wunderschönes Ambiente mit weiten Feldern und Wald.
Anschließend sind wir in der Gaststätte zum Hirsch eingekehrt und haben ein sehr leckeres Essen mit verschiedenen Wildgerichten genossen.

👉🏻It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just throwing a few #compound & #conditioning#movements together, making a little circuit, setting a #time limit & smashing it up until you hear the buzzer.

How to grow yourself the best bum!!! 💪🏼🍑🍑 Do you want a nice bum and rubbish legs or do you want a good pair of legs and then bonus of having a nice bum?? The common problem in any gym that I have ever been in is people are scared to do compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press (a few examples). People see the bar with weights on it and always think that if they do that they are going to get big quickly!! Instead they go onto the leg extension and hamstring curl machine which is still fine but you won’t see the benefit half as quick!
The thing is if you do squats you’re going to work your leg muscles rather than just your quads or hamstrings for example. The other thing is lifting the bar doesn’t have a magic spell that makes you grow muscles .. you’ve got to have the correct nutrition and also the correct training methods for the full body mixed with recovery for that to happen!! A few exercises for a good set of legs and a good arse are; - Squats
- Reverse lunges
- Romanian deadlifts
- Split squats

Deadlifts... A compound lift that should be incorporated into any training programme due to many benefits. Should incorporated in a fatloss, muscle gain or strength programme. But also sport performance athletes such as rugby & football etc players get array of performance enhancing benefits. To perform this movement it involves using major muscle groups such as your Glutes, hamstrings & lower back (specifically the quadratus lumborum). All these muscles make up the posterior chain. Your posterior chain is really important to work as we don't go around everyday working the muscles behind us.
Focusing on deadlifts will help give you an all round strong body in and out the gym. Also will help prevent injuries in the long run if performed correctly (not keeping your back in a healthy position whilst doing them or letting your ego take over & lift ridiculously heavy for your current ability/ strength). Many people focus relying on their lower back to perform the exercise too with it why a look fo people get lower back issues with it. The movement should come from pulling with the Glutes/ legs mainly.
I like keeping my reps 12-15 most of the time because I find it the most challenging & effective for me. I choose a weight where I really struggle with the very last reps. Now I'm no pro deadlifter (as you can tell lol). I can only do what I can with my back most of the time with most exercises. & my back has never allowed me a lot of flexibility to get as low as I'd like. Deadlifts are a very good fat burning exercise as it incorporates more than one muscle group to perform it. Overhead walking lunges met @mariadonna . Het voordeel van dit soort oefeningen is dat je vrijwel je hele lichaam flink aan het werk zet. Bij overhead walking lunges wordt er veel gevraagd van je bovenbenen en billen, maar ook wordt je core en het bovenlichaam ingezet.
