These meals have been prepped in just under 33 minutes.
Do you have time to prep?? The fact of the matter is everyone has time to food prep, it is just a matter of how important the results you desire are to you.
All of these meals are simple, easy to make and literally all thrown in to the pan together.
The bourginion will be done in the slow cooker taking a few hours.
The chicken will take an hour or so in the oven and the chilli less than half an hour on the hob.
When you are looking for results...this is where it starts.
