Decide that today will be your best day yet, and stick with that decision. Whatever comes along, find a way for it to fit into your characterization of today as the best day yet.
The quality of this day depends far more on your attitude and approach than on the situations you encounter. With a positive, empowered perspective, you can create value out of any situation.
So go ahead, and decide you will. Go ahead, and make the commitment to make this your best day yet.
As long as you’re going to put your time and energy into living this day, it makes sense to get the very most out of it. So promise yourself that you will get the most, in a positive, loving way, for your world, for yourself and those you care about, and for all you value.
You don’t need anyone else’s permission or support to make this the best day ever. All you need is your own choice, plus a bit of resolve and persistence.
Wouldn’t it be great to make this very day your best day so far? Go right ahead, right now, and make it so.
Little clip of the tail end of last nights leg workout(quad dominate day) with my friend and head strength and condition coach Ray. Here we are ending my Quad workout with a brutal supper-sets of heavy close leg toes/knees pointed out squats superset with elevated somersault squats to specifically target the outer quad sweep. Last night leg workout run down . •1 warm up set of lay down hamstring Curls, leg extensions and walking lunges with 32lb kettle bells . •4 sets of hack squats first 2 sets for 25 reps with 4 plates(2plates on each side), last two sets were heavier 8-10 plates for 12-15 reps and supper set with weighted sissy squat. •6 sets of squats first 2 sets of 185lb for 20reps, set 3 was 275lb for 15rep, set 4 was 315lb for 15reps, set 5 was 405 for 15reps and set 6 was 405 again for 12 an half reps as I almost collapsed on that last set. On last 4 sets of squats were immediately were super-set with somersault squats that are demonstrated in the video
•3 sets of leg extension with drop-set on last set
Then PWO had my 1/4 cup of cream of rice with 1 scoop of @speciesnutrition isolyze, crealyze creatine and 1 cup of @muscleegg . Then I trained my one client and then right after I finished with 35min of calves and hamstrings. •3 sets of body weighted hamstring curls immediately SS with 3 sets seated light hamstring curls 15 rep toes out, 15toes straight , and 15rep toes pointing inn on each set. •6 sets of seated and donkey calf raises. Then after this I had my PWO meal, which for the day was only 140g of carbs for the day. No matter what the outcome is this year at nationals , I know if I lose it's wasn't bc someone else worked harder then me.
Good intentions vs. Intentional living
So many people out here just going through the motions, no plan, no purpose, no action, just taking it day by day, living in the present, doing the same shit everyday and wondering why nothing changes, then complaining when things don't turn out the way they had hoped, even though they had the best intentions. Well my friends, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, but good intentions don't always get you the outcome you're looking for and good intentions don't always mean you're doing the right thing. That's all just wishful thinking, and unless you're rubbing on Aladdin's lamp, your wishes are not going to magically come true. I hear it everyday; excuses, justifications, and blame to create that false reality that takes the ownership away from you, the individual, and places it on him, her, it, society, etc. My friends, if you're not where you think you should be in life, you need to stop making excuses and start making changes. Live life with intent. Live life with purpose. Live a life of meaning. Develop a plan to get you to where you want to be and work on it every damn day. Don't be afraid to fail. Failure is the essential building block to understanding. It is the ultimate teacher. Climb on the shoulders of the giants that came before you, and reach up to the sky. If you fall, change your strategy, climb back up, and try again and again until you reach that star, and when you do, apply that principle to get you to the next. Hope is abstract. Envy is sin. Failure is opportunity. And intent is EVERYTHING. Now take ACTION and live life with INTENT! #livelifewithintent#livelifewithpurpose#takeaction#discipline#determination#dedication#goals#work#hustle#grind#motivation#masteringentropy#opportunity#failure#success#choosereal#integrity#purpose#inspiration#realizations#fitfam
❤️❤️😘#Travel#friends#motivation#airlines#style#vsco#fitness#americanair#paris#grindout#flex#god#gym#instaboy#model#grow#focus#dedication#love#ripped#swole#food#unum#man#squat#airfrance#sweat#grind#lifestyle#fashion
Learn the difference. I wanted you, but I know what I deserve. If someone keeps doing things to hurt you, they don't value you. If you let someone know that something bothers you and they keep doing it, they aren't respecting you. If you tell someone little things like a simple phone call make you happy, but they refuse to, they aren't worthy of being with you. Never be afraid to leave someone who isn't giving you the respect and love you deserve. Sorry but I had to let you go. Xoxo #THATbitch 💋
