HAPPY TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 💪
This woman right here has determination and tenacity like none other. Since day one which was a gruesome leg workout with @tfit_22 she has inclined to the demands on each intense workout circuit. She works extremely hard in the gym and has taken big strides with her nutrition losing 9lbs in the last 2 Weeks. Even her abs are starting to peak out. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks to push her body to the next level. .

Dinner on this hot evening: Egg salad on rye w/steamed asparagus👌🏼.. I asked that they make it "to order" with light mayo and four hard-boiled eggs but only using the yolk of one☝🏼.. It was slammin' & not super rich.. Never be afraid to ask for what you want. A good place wants to keep their customers happy & therefore be happy to accommodate☺️☺️
Aye!!! Some one is getting it together!! 45 mins of #HITT every other day, 1 wrap and several fat fighters. I didn't cut anything out my diet like I usually recommend. I never drink carbonated beverages or dairy. There are a lot of things that I eat that I shouldn't BUT in moderation. Work on you for you. Base your #healthgoals on your lifestyle. I love to help people so I need #energy to do that. So my goals and #diet are for optimal wellness not what society promotes. What is your goal? What do you want to gain? Shift your thinking from what you want to lose to what do you want to gain. If you want to gain energy, what do you need to do? If you want to gain confidence, what do you need to do? #itsamindset

We all mess up our diet and workout plan from time to time- it's part of being human. The fact is being perfect is impossible
People have the tendency to get down on themselves because they compare their reality to other peoples highlight reels. This causes depression and self-hate which is never a good thing
Next time you eat 2-3 extra donuts or decide to skip your workout and lay around watching Game of Thrones re-runs and you feel guilty about it....
First of all - CHILL OUT. You're not a robot. You didn't take a limitless pill. You are awesome but you're also HUMAN. Which means you'll screw up from time to time. It's all good and you shouldn't dwell on the mistake. It happened so what's next?
First of all there's no need to pay for your sins. You aren't Cersei on Game of Thrones walking naked through the streets to pay for that extra slice of pizza you ate
The best bet is to just get a workout in and eat a healthy meal. And voila! You're back on track. Simple as that
I'd also suggest taking note of why the mistake happened. Was it lack of sleep? Maybe a stressful day at work? Or maybe it was because there wasn't healthy food prepared in the house? Whatever it was - just take note to be better prepared the next time that scenario comes up
