Last Sunday, I honored previous plans and had ramen soup. It was delicious, filling, vegan and didn’t wreck my digestive system as I juiced again. 🙌🏼

Days 6-7: 🧓🏼I started to feel like I really needed to step up my meditation and do some light yoga or something to nurture myself. I didn’t.
Day 8: I kept getting hungry. So loaded my juices with as much variety as possible.
Day 9. Day 3 cravings for donuts and sweets were very intense. But Day 9 Cravings for thai food were ridiculous. It was so bad I jumped on Twitter.
It got better mid-day, but hunger set in until I had a juice right before bed. ⏩now: I have a headache. So I’m drinking more juice - and some water, logging off, and relaxing for a while. This is meant to be a reset, so I expect to be a bit uncomfortable but not unwell. I shall see how I feel later on. Toodles! ✨ *⚠️bodily function 💩 disclaimer*
*A day of green juice really had an impact in the toilet much like beets do. Colorful and a couple days later extremely cleansing. 💚✨
This mornings juice ingredients are: plums, pears, pineapple, celery, baby spinach, and blueberries. I could never eat that much in one sitting and I have 2 more meals later 🙂 Thank @joethejuicer I am loving this. Greetings and salutations! Welcome to this page which serves as a breathing space away from non-juice food and drink posts, and a place to log my juice cleanse and zen progress beyond. ☺️ One main reason I am doing a juice cleanse is to lift the heaviness I have been feeling: not body fat (although that is definitely a factor and will be addressed); but from over-indulging and not staying as active as my body needs. The more years I experience in this body, the more it becomes clear that no matter how much I love junk food (hint: A LOT) I truly adore —and need— creatively prepared, non-processed food more.
So the Number One reason for this cleanse is ME!
Bottom line: I seek to reclaim balance by being at peace with the past and zeroing in on the present. And just keep juicing...
