12 DAYS AND NO SUGAR!!! I feel so amazing guys! I'm not craving for any sugar (mostly just my cheat meal later today 😄) Thank you to everyone that done this challenge with me. We motivated eachother , and you all kept me going! Love to my followers 💘

How do you feel about the word, "DIET"❓
. ❌ To me, it feels like a dirty, restrictive and temporary word. . ❌ This word makes me feel guilty for eating a cookie or enjoying a glass of wine. . ❌ It makes me feel like I'm not allowed to eat the things I love and I should be eating lettuce with no dressing all day long. . 👉 I don't want to look at taking good care of my health and nutrition as a punishment!
. 👍 I actually enjoy eating healthy! I like it! It tastes good! And it makes me feel good from the inside out, its colorful and it's delicious! .
I think that many people have forgotten what healthy tastes and feels like, so when the word "DIET" pops up, it repels them from wanting to do it because it feels restrictive. .
I prefer to think of it eating healthy as a lifestyle. Yes, sometimes I will eat/drink more of the things I should ration, but that's ok! It all balances out because everyday is a new chance to reign it in and get back on track. .
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to cut out all the things we love, it just means you there is a good balance. And that balance can make all the difference in the way we feel, our ability to focus, and our overall energy levels. .

I hardly ever think about putting apples in smoothies, but I'm so glad I tried this one. Inspired by @sweetpea_nutrition's recipe. Here's what you need for the version I made:
3 pitted dates
1 cup almond (or other) milk
1/2 zucchini (or handful cabbage or dark leafy greens)
Dash of cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. hemp seeds (optional)
A few ice cubes
Blend together & top with @madeinnature cinnamon coconut chips & @purely_elizabeth granola (also optional but they really are the icing on the...apple pie).
