how is it already almost September?! tbh it's been SUPER difficult to stick to my macros with a work trip, bachelorette party, birthday dinners this week, and two weddings and a trip to Europe in the next few weeks. I already know September/October will be all about getting back on track 🙌🏼🎈🎉 buuuut life is short so I am going to eat all the macaroons + gelato 😋 and run a 10K in Dublin!

Growth takes time, putting on muscles takes time (especially as a natural athlete), and even more importantly than time is consistency. A lot of food, OHD press, lateral raises, and lifting some heavy weights is what went down in the past year. Change up your routine, confuse your muscles, train with tempo, train with purpose, and train with intent. Motivate yourself - wake up everyday with all intentions to be the best version of you and you will grow, I promise you.

No I don't diet. No I don't count calories. I make different choices then I used to. Do I still indulge in a pizza from an establishment? Absolutely! But these are quick, easy, delicious, and no need to leave home!
