Not the prettiest photo but what a delicious protein pancake it was! ❤️🥞I'm obsessed with protein pancakes in a bowl! All you do is throw some @kodiakcakes (I used 1/2 cup) in the bowl, add water & microwave to your preferred solidity (I like mine kinda mushy😂so I do about 55 seconds). It's delicious😋Then, I topped it with 1/2 🍌, honey, cinnamon and a @justins honey 🥜 butter blob😍It was delicious and all around 450 calories w/ like 20 grams of protein💪🏻SO, I have some news. Tried to run yesterday and it didn't feel so good😣It's back to the cross training grind because I'm now pretty positive (99.99%) it's a stress fracture in my left lower shin. That just means a break from running until I start training for Boston in January🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️I'm going to keep my fitness level at its highest doing all types of cross training, lifting and HIIT!🙌🏻Have the best MONDAY! It's almost THANKSGIVING!

Swipe for flagrant egg porn. I have 3 more working weeks of this year before holidays. After that you can mainly find me on a beach in Mexico eating tacos. One of things I look forward to the most about holidays (other than quality time with my family obviously) is eating random savoury things for breakfast. Most places in Asia are amazing in this respect; Curry for breakfast is to my mind at least, pretty unbeatable. So with that thought I am broadening my range to look at fine dining interpretations of breakfast. This one was made from the leftovers of the last two dishes. Plus eggs. Gotta have eggs.

Wie zb ich bei meinem veganen Milchreis! 😊 Den habe ich mit Cashewmilch zubereitet und dann mit Erdnussbutter, mein momentanes ABSOLUTES lieblings vegane Crunchy Granola von @hejnatural (gibt's bei @proteinprojekt *) in der Sorte Schoko & Cashew, Heidelbeeren und ein Kakao Energie Bällchen getoppt. Da teilt man doch gerne den Milchreis, oder? 🙊😍 Das Müsli hatte ich euch Gestern in meiner Story gezeigt und ist eine riesen Empfehlung von mir! Ich garantiere euch, dass ihr es auch lieben würdet 🙆 Und das ist meine ehrlich Meinung! Genau wie ich euch letztens in meiner Story Aufstriche eines sehr bekannten Shops gezeigt hatte, die hier mega gehypt werden, ich aber einfach nur ekelhaft fand 🙊 Da ich selbst immer total enttäuscht bin, wenn mir etwas nicht schmeckt was ich mir gekauft habe und von dem alle so schwärmen, gibt es von mir auch NUR ehrliche Meinungen ❤

So with only a few more days till Thanksgiving I usually start to think about what I can prepare ahead of time and cranberry sauce is the obvious low hanging fruit so to speak! 😊 It can be made today and set in the fridge and brought to room temp on Thanksgiving Day. Here’s a quick recipe: Add 1 cup of water to a medium sauce pan ✨add in 1/2 cup organic coconut palm sugar (more if you like it sweeter) ✨ bring to a low boil then reduce the heat✨add I cup fresh orange juice and stir well✨now here’s the fun part, add 1/4 cup of port wine🍷 🙌bring to a boil again and add in 3 cups of fresh organic cranberries and continue to stir under low heat for 10 minutes until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens. Add in fresh orange zest from one orange. Allow to cool before refrigerating 😀😋

New week, new goals, new to do list😝 Being super productive today to start this week off. You know that saying when it rains it pours? That’s my life right now🙋‍♀️ Cars need work, House things need maintenance, vet appointments, doctor appointments, it all happened at once. This is life though, the result is totally decided on how I choose to handle it.
