Normally, everyone will have a big bowl of "Bun thit nuong" or "Dry noodles with grilled pork" for lunch or evening. But let's see what I found today: a so cheap bowl of "Bun thit nuong" with 15.000VND only for breakfast 😂.

Lies in a small alley, it's quite hard to realize this "two-plastic-table-size" store, but the taste is really good. Fresh herbs, soft noodles, crunchy pickles with lots of grilled pork and pork skewers, this store is still one of my favorite breakfast since I was a small kid ☺️.

Quán này nằm sâu trong kiệt 6 Hoàng Diệu, quán khá nhỏ, hơi khó tìm, chỉ kê vừa đủ 2-3 bàn thôi. Ăn ở đây mình thích vì có rau sống rất tươi, bún mềm vừa phải, thịt thì cực nhiều, còn được cộng thêm 2 cây nem lụi nữa, đây là địa chỉ mà mình vẫn rất yêu thích từ khi còn nhỏ đến giờ ☺️.

Curry was just calling my name today 🙋🏻 and thennn there was this 👏🏻 Roasted sweet potatoes and rainbow carrots in black pepper, paprika and coconut oil at 400 for 30 minutes, along with broccoli and brussles sprouts (took out sooner), arugula, skillet cooked organic spinach chicken sausage and red lentils cooked with curry paste, turmeric, black pepper, leeks and celery. Hope everyone had a lovely Monday!

Incredibly delicious dinner. Cooked in a cast iron skillet .. onions, sweet potato, and chicken. Placed these on a bed of mixed greens. Included some slightly steamed broccoli, raw carrots and zucchini....and topped it all with a half of Avocado. Tonight I restarted my 3 week yoga practice. Last Monday I started but I just wasnt feeling it. After doing a live yoga practice this weekend I knew I needed this for my body. 
I've been doing a lot of soul searching lately and I believe Yoga is really going to help me with that. 
Here is to trying this again but actually following through with it. I always feel relaxed and stress free after yoga so this is exactly what I need at this time.

💥NUTRITION GAME CHANGER!!
Eating healthy has never been very hard for me...TRUTH🙌🏻
I'm a salad ADDICT, I love ANY veggie and I VERY rarely, if ever, eat fast food!😳
But, my KIDS..... that's a TOTALLY different story!😩
Two months ago, I was at a TOTAL loss when it came to meals for my family. I was basically making the same few things OVER and over and my kids are so picky that they never really ate it anyway. 😢
My boys especially..... are so FRIKIN picky!!
I was making dinner for Brandt and I and then making the kids frozen waffles and biscuits!!😩😩😂
So, one day, I decided that enough was enough!!🙌🏻
I was gonna take back my kitchen!!!!
OMG! Fast forward to now...... my kitchen has done a 180!
Yes, my kids can still be very picky, but they've tried SO many new foods in the last 2 months!!!
And with Daily Sunshine as apart of their daily nutrition, I KNOW that my kids are getting all that they need!!
Being a Family Nutrition Ambassador and having our Registered Dietitian, Monica Hoss giving us an entire week's worth of healthy family friendly recipes PLUS a complete grocery list to go along with them has been a GAME CHANGER!!🙌🏻💥
As a family of 6, making a list and planning out my meals was SO tedious and I seriously dreaded it!!
And to my surprise, after shopping from our given list and making the planned meals........our weekly grocery bill started SHRINKING! So..... eating healthy is MORE expensive?????!!!! 🤣NOPE!!!!!
I was saving significant money AND feeding my family healthier!!!
On top of that, I have daily access to an RD and other moms who I can ask questions to when I need extra support with how to address my picky eaters. And I NEED that!!!!🤣
Now, when I make dinner, my husband asks ahead what I'm making and it's ALWAYS a hit!!!!

Lots have been happening! Not only did I compete in my 2nd Crossfit competition yesterday (5th place & 1st for the deadlift ladder 💪🏻), I also weighed in tonight after another 6 week nutrition challenge! So happy to have lost 12.4 more pounds and 3.5 more inches for a total of 34 pounds and 12 inches GONE since April!!! Lots have been happening! Not only did I compete in my 2nd Crossfit competition yesterday (5th place & 1st for the deadlift ladder 💪🏻), I also weighed in tonight after another 6 week nutrition challenge! So happy to have lost 12.4 more pounds and 3.5 more inches for a total of 34 pounds and 12 inches GONE since April!!! I made some blueberry chia pudding and topped it with blueberry nice cream:
Simply add the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
Frozen banana

Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer until incorporated. Roll into 1 inch balls, flatten slightly and bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes( until set and slightly crispy on the outside. .
