Got 30 minutes of weights in during halftime. I've done weights the last two days and it's been a nice change of pace since my current workout program doesn't use any weights at all. I love that I have dozens of different workouts to choose from so if I ever need to modify or switch it up I can!

I have a lot to be thankful for today. I've been dealing with the student loans department (yay adulting 😔) for the past week, finally got things settled and got my payments lowered! Hallelujah!
It's my last crazy busy week for a while. I'm not used to working out late at night and old me would have totally made up some silly validation about how it's "too late" to workout.... Ha! I know right?! Well now that I'm little bit wiser, I've learned to be more flexible with myself and my schedule. Surprisingly, I have been way more productive when I can find even just 5 minutes to check-in with myself. And I owe it all to my books, podcasts and pressing play.
Got to break in my new workout shoes tonight! I haven't bought Adidas in so long but these have super awesome traction and I didn't slip ONCE during my planks and bear crawls. 😅 It's the little things right!?!?

Been pulling my TWO SIZES TOO BIG pants up all day long cuz I forgot my belt this morning. I bought these last spring when all of my pants were getting too tight and now they are super close the being donated. Hooray for non-scale victories! Oh and hooray for Friday! 😋👍
Crazy hair after tonights workout. There were so many challenging whole body exercises where I was literally holding myself up and let me tell you, that's freaking HARD to do after 40 minutes! 😆💪 But I got it done and it feels damn good after all those push ups, planks and squats!
Guys. So, I haven’t been posting a lot. Which means Ive been slacking on my home workouts. Sure, I’ve kept up with my Saturday & Monday classes, but not much else for the past week or so. Today changed that! Got my sweat on after work- did day 2 of the new program Clean Week. Great way to start out any program! Simple moves that get the ambition (and heart rate) up!
Ahhh stretching... Literally the next best thing to the post workout high. 😊 I told myself that a workout tonight was NOT NEGOTIABLE... even with cooking dinner, washing dishes and doing laundry... I had to push play! 💪 Now it's time to relax. 📺

Meant to post, then my baby woke up and had to put her back to 😴. The first workout Max Hammer Strength &10min Hammer Abs.... Few minutes into my workout, and the band snaps on me. Oh Boy!! I'm just grateful the band didn't snap on my face. I guess time for a new one.
Any recommendations on a new Band? What's your favorite Brand?? Second workout AWOHL,Core, 30 minutes of core moves, I sure feel it. Love working my abs right before bed.

My schedule has been crazy the last two weeks. I have been working non-stop to spoil the birthday kids. I may not have been pushing play but i was walking daily. I did #lowerfocus today and holy cow 🐮 are my legs jello. Ps all body weight to no weights. I think i will be crawling thru disney this weekend. Felt good to sweat a little this evening, now time to #momlife it up and pack for all of us.
