I hear people say, "I'm eating healthy but not losing any weight" and I ask what they are eating because a lot of people eat things they think are healthier but really have tons of hidden sugars.. This should make you rethink some food choices. The amount of sugars hidden in our food choices is astonishing. Sugar is one of the leading reasons we gain weight and experience a major lack of energy even when we think we're "eating healthy." Cutting back doesn't just mean passing on a slice of cake. Sugar is added to SO MANY things- even things we think are "healthy." These are some powerful visuals.
Check your labels!👊🏻 Then get something to regulate those blood sugars. 😜 #pinkdrink#regulatebloodsugar#health#wellness#balance#insideout#healthstartswithin#feelbetter#instahealth#instawellness#instalike instagood
Lemon + Sage
I love the purifying and uplifting properties of both of these oils. My energy feels centered, my mind alert, breathing feels easier and the air smells cleaner when these two dance around together in my diffuser. ❤️ I also love applying a drop of each in my hands, then coping over my mouth taking in three big cleansing breaths. Two must have oils in my book! 🙌🏻❤️
Anyone relate???? -Your labs are "normal." -You're told to just eat less. -You can't sleep.
-You are resistant to weightloss. -You've lost your motivation. -You're tired all the time.
-You wake up groggy.
-You're offered prescriptions for everything.
-And you can't figure out why you always feel bloated, distended, constipated, fatigued, brain fogged, forgetful, or short fused.
These issues are directly related to your #guthealth . They are NOT normal!! Research it, educate yourself and then come to talk to me about my plant based supplements that help get to root causes and can change your life!!#fall 🍁 #healthylife#feelbetter#happierlife#bamapinkdrink
Who plans on indulging in the all the yummy food this upcoming holiday?!?
I know I am! I love the cheesy potatoes, the green bean casserole, the yummy desserts, it is just so delicious!!! .
So to jump start my body and get it back on track the Monday following the holiday weekend , I as well as several other women, are doing a a 3 day jump start!!
All clean eating and putting all the nutrients back into our bodies while getting rid of what we don't need. There is no starving yourself, you still get to eat. And we will be in a private support group to all help cheer each eachother on! Last time I did this I lost 2 inches of my waist line, got rid of all the bloating and had so much energy!! I have also had friends loose 5 lbs in just 3 days and inches as well!
Now this is no quick fix, this is a way to
jump start our bodies so we can be looking good in that Christmas dress or whatever you want to rock!!
Who wants to join us??? Post your favorite emoji below and I will send you more info.
Deadline to order so your kit gets here in time is tomorrow 11/20/17 by 10pm!!!
Anyone going to need some help with any of the following the Monday after Turkey day?
1. Turkey leftover, and not seeming enticing
2. Major belly bloat and digestive issues after gorging on sweets
3. Fear that you will continue on a downward spiral through Jan 2nd? More than any, this holiday of thanks has morphed into a holiday of eating. My plan is a 5 day free clean eating group to use up turkey or simply get back on track with yummy but healthy food.
My challengers lose weight and inches in only 5 days!
Message me to join!
This is how HAPPY I am that I decided to try plexus🤪🙌😜 Six months in and I have way more energy, less bloated, sleep like a baby (when my baby sleeps😜), less cravings, better skin, less stomach discomfort, way less coffee and soda....and to think I watched my friend do this for a year and a half before I decided to try it. Man I could have felt better a long time ago😂😝🤣
The pectorals major being too tight or over worked can cause pain in the red area. Allow me to make you feel better by trigger pointing, stripping, or active releasing the muscle fibers help release the tension and promote circulation to recover the tissue.
🚨 LONG POST PART ll 🚨 So i told myself "okay, maybe have a cup of coffee ☕️ , watch a show so maybe the caffeine will kick in, and then do something!" I sat down and knew watching @theellenshow would distract me and probably make he laugh and feel better and put me in a good mood - as her show always does.
Well guess what? I cried AGAIN..MORE! I just so happened to watch the episode (Oct 3 2017) following the Vegas attack😩. Yes people would say compared to those affected by those attacks i shouldn't be so petty towards myself. But everyone can be affected different by anything. And it doesn't dismiss the feelings of anyone else.
First i was upset watching Ellen's monologue as she teared up. But what really got me going was she decided to show all the good things happening to prove there is still good in the world 😭
I cry for three reasons: my depression (which is 1000 different ways i guess), death, and accomplishments. "Accomplishments, really?" You might say. Yes - i am happy (and in some case jealous) of others' accomplishments - when someone gets married, had something holding them back (like an injury) but preservers, hits a milestone. .... And when Ellen acknowledges people and/or gives something they need or appreciate during hard times. Ugh, gets me every time. 😩
she brought up this woman who is so surprised and a big fan (😩). And then the woman speaks about her nurse friends (😩) and then Ellen brings out her family (😩). This lady was so energetic and a "lunatic" as she called herself. Her reactions to everything were to so big and funny. It made me laugh.
Distract yourself with good. Be kind to others. Do good. Watch Ellen
Thanks again, Ellen. .
😎Always Remember To Have Fun😎
Yesterday I was at my friend and colleague's @mark.lack Workshop on Marketing and Personal Branding and @prestonsmiles message really hit home with me. He said, "No matter what you are doing in life or building, if you are not HAVING FUN, nothing you accomplish will matter or full-fill you."🙌
Often times we all get so wrapped up into what's the next project, what's the next shiny item, what's the next goal to accomplish, the list goes on. Everything in today's society is moving so fast to where we can't even reflect on our wins and understand the importance of having fun at times, and that is not a good thing. I am guilty of this myself 🚫
This picture I am sharing here is not me taking a selfie lol, I am actually recording a video of a random thought I had at a store. I know for many of you it's outside of your comfort zone to record yourself in public in front of a crowd of strangers. But it goes back to what I said earlier, ALWAYS REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN!
People will judge you, look at you weird, laugh at you when you do something like this. Guess what? Who cares! This is the society we live in today, technology has brought us this amazing opportunity to let our personalities out on our phones or share our thoughts in the moment. If people don't like it, oh well, sooner or later they will realize they have to adapt to this kind of human behavior and develop an on camera skill.
🔥Take Home Message🔥
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN! Life is way too damn short not to. Constantly remind yourself to have fun, I know I will be going forward. Develop the mindset that it's ok to be silly, do videos in public, and most importantly show others your unique and beautiful personality 😀
Any comments please share below and hope everyone's having an awesome weekend 🙌
My daily schedule includes checking in with my current virtual fitness group, working on my own fitness, researching nutritional recipes, and in the last several weeks, prepping for the holiday fitness group.
So excited because we are going to be focusing on portion control and healthy alternatives while enjoying our time with family and friends this holiday season.
Looking back on last year’s holiday season, I was inconsistent with my workouts and didn’t make sure I balanced the sweets and the treats with my regular healthy meals. This year is going to be different. I have a plan! A program with a nutritional plan and quick workouts so the
stress, the running around and the traveling won’t interfere.
Shhhhh … here’s the skinny … I’m unofficially announcing that we have some spots available in our upcoming December virtual fitness group. Want to know more? Just ask.[
