When it comes to sled you literally have unlimited options.

Do it for time, Do it for speed, Do a Pyramid, Push It, Pull It, Do Sled Suicides, Do Sled Intervals.

Literally the way you can do sled training is unlimited and you should always be able to make it challenging and fun (well as much fun as sled training can be).πŸ˜†
I have used sled work with women  and men of all fitness levels with great results.

Sled training is simple to do, you can’t really mess up pushing the sled, and no matter what fitness level you are at currently sled work can always be challenging. All you do is increase the weight or run faster, it never get easier. So next time you at gym or boxing club/or buy one ☝🏼 try it out they are really challenging and is a great way to keep pushing yourself.

I like to eat clean and healthy during the week & spoil myself on a Saturday and Sunday.
This does not mean I eat a whole cake πŸŽ‚, drink 2L of coke, have a happy meal and put back a bottle of wine 🍷 
Start eating healthier and watch the difference start with small changes untill you can give up sugar and carbs completely ........it only takes 21 days to break a habit #justdoit βœ”οΈ

Life is not easy.......
(TRUST ME I KNOW) πŸ˜•but sometimes you just have to get up and push through the difficult times instead of sitting back and feeling sorry for yourself.  So I have received a lot of message & seen people that have all asked if I'm ok and that they can see my sparkle has disappeared. ✨
To be completely honest the last few weeks have been extremely rough for me, the devil has gone out of his way to try and destroy me not only mentally & physically but also my business/my brand. Lastly act like you love yourself if you go around abusing your body by getting drunk every weekend , not exercising (putting on weight), not grooming yourself, not working hard at your job then you are on a one way course to failure.pick yourself up and do everything at your best ability strive for success, go for a run, brush your hair(look presentable) and don't ruin your body. A lot of women are afraid of doing upper-body exercises. As soon as you mention weights, women say, β€˜I don’t want to bulk up.” But unless you’re aiming to be a competitive body builder, it’s unlikely that you’ll end up looking like MRS Hulk. It’s really hard for women to bulk up, but it’s incredible what weights and resistance training can do for a woman. Ladies you should be training arms at least twice a week if you "want to wave goodbye with out your arm fat coming back to wave back at you" πŸ™ˆ
Don't be afraid to use 1 or 2kgs with high reps I'm talking 15-20 or a good 30-45secs. If you going to go a bit heavier hit the 3-5kgs and do 12-13 reps. I have found personally that people are not interested in your dreams or goals and that actions speak louder than words so start showing instead of speakingπŸ—£
I made the mistake of telling some close what I wanted to do with my brand and the hopes and dreams I had for it and they went and copied everything I had told them so another lesson keep your dreams close.
Work in silence and then show everyone at the end of completing what you started off doing. Your dreams might take longer to get there because of financial issues or due to the fact that you work plus have to look after you husband and kids. But don't give up even if it takes you longer to get there you will just remember why you started.

Work in silence and then show everyone at the end of completing what you started off doing. Your dreams might take longer to get there because of financial issues or due to the fact that you work plus have to look after you husband and kids. But don't give up even if it takes you longer to get there you will just remember why you started. Today's quote really hits close to home because myself and i am sure like many of you to have had the thought "I'm too old","it's to late to go for something", "I should have started when I was younger". Am I right or am I right?? πŸ€”
We have all been there. :

Not many people know this but I used to be a top athlete back in the day, I made the provincial side every year from the age of 10 leading up to the end of higher school and first year uni, aswell as made the SA games side. I then was forced to stop my dream due to kidney problems..............and just like that my dreams of becoming an Olympian were over!!!😱 Athletics has always had this fire πŸ”₯deep in my soul and last week I decided that I am going to start again (YES I'm 28) most people say I'm to old, most people laugh & go ok πŸ˜‚. At the end of the day who cares what others think of you. You are only as old as you think you are. Don't get me wrong I may never go to the olympics but you know what at least I'm doing something that I love.

Today we changed things up completely for Linds but she got the hang of it after her first round. 
We worked on 
Round 1- 40sec each exercise 10sec break between each set.
Round 2/3- 30sec each exercise. With 10sec break in between sets.

I keep bringing this up because it's so true and something we all need to be living by. ROUTINE ROUTINE ROUTINE!!! You have to make the effort to start a routine and stick to it....... NO this does not mean you have to go into the gym and give it gears every single day, it means atleast do some type of exercise everyday (even if it's just 20min on the Tred & abs ) the quickest way to see results is by being consistent & having a routineπŸ’― same with your eating start by just changing one meal a day to being healthier then two meals and so on watch how easy it becomes. You are training your mind to say this is what should be happening and then it becomes a habit and then you will find it becomes easier to say NO to unhealthy and YES to Healthy living. *

I would like to start this post off with the following facts about myself :
I have cellulite
I have stretch marks 
I have curves 
I have scars and a lot more 
I am NOT PERFECT! No one is......So for the longest time I have found woman even men no matter how skinny, built or in shape are always comparing themselves To others especially those on social media.
It is very easy to tell people "dont compare your body to the women we see on TV/magazines"…yes, I think we all get this. I actually don’t believe that the majority of women compare themselves to Victoria Secret models. I think women have an image in their head of what they imagine THEIR ideal body to look like and that's what they are aiming for.

Where am I going with this? Everyone is shaped differently. I naturally, (thanks mom) have a small waist & curved hips. My jeans fit tight in the legs and loose in the waist. Woolies jeans are my best friend......I digress. Ok, so what I’m saying ? ....we all have faults, and parts of our body that we simply cannot change. Factors such as fat content, CAN be changed. I could have a fat wiggly bum that is the same size as my muscular bum …tough choice here! However, you MUST come to accept the body God gave you, and create the healthiest, strongest version of this body. 
I challenge you to change the way you view your β€œimperfections.” Embrace the body you have, and manipulate your body into being a machine that works for YOU. If your goal is to loose cm and fat, AWESOME (notice I rarely say kgs…I will save that for another blog post). Get to the gym, and build up some muscle. Believe that β€œStrong is Sexy, and that you are beautiful no matter what your outer appearance.You are the only one that has control over the future of your health and your reflection in the mirror. Be healthy, be proud And always

Start off with a baby plank holding it for 10,9,8.........4,3,2,1πŸ‘πŸ½then move straight into the Plank knee drop(need a better name for this one🀣)
The trick to this one is keeping those feet,ankles and knees together. Drawing in those abdominals and dropping those knees all the way down without resting them on the ground. Do 10 x 3 sets of each πŸ’ͺ🏼

Stretching before and after workouts are really important not only does it help you from not being to stiff the next but also aids in helping stretch out and relax tight muscles that could lead to injuries if not warmed up and stretched. I have seen it to many times (people just going in for a sprint or jump squat) and then BOOM πŸ’₯ they have pulled a muscle. 
You should be holding each stretch for at least 30secs per arm,leg ect.πŸ’ͺ🏼

I find so many people these days have no patience at all. They want everything to happen over night. You can't rush getting fit, losing weight or being stronger (well in a healthy way at least)
