BSY FOR GREAT ORMOND STREET
Firstly @popuppractice and I wanted to thank everyone who has supported @burnstrengthyoga since we launched in June.
Now it is time for us to support. On Saturday 16th December at 11am we are putting on an extreme version of BSY for GOSH.
Using each incredibly equipped room @oneldnstudios we will take you through. 30 mins of BOXING (burn) 30mins of STRENGTH in their epic S & C room and 30mins of YOGA.
100% of all ticket sales and profits will be donated to Great Ormond Street.
Every day 618 children arrive at the hospital from all over the UK and they rely on charitable donations to make a difference.

I get asked all the time for transformation pictures, so I had a search and this is the closest pose I could find as a comparison😋prior to Feb 2017, I had been working out 1-2 years. So what have I been doing differently recently? I have been tracking my macros with ‘MyFitnessPal’ and eating WAY more (around 2100 calories a day) as well as lifting heavier and doing more glute isolation exercises (eg. Hip thrusts, glute bridges) and having longer workouts♥️ I hope this helps and feel free to ask questions 🤗💖
