I'm still unsure whether or not I'll be doing course fast of slow because of my abdominal problems but at least I can look forward to pigging out at the state fair!
Some of my favorite glutes and hamstrings exercises: stiff leg deadlifts, reverse alternating swing lunges, hip thrusts (keep your chin tucked), single leg press, lying leg curl and more. I included the number of reps I did and was soaked in sweat by the end.
