For the past few days I have been feeling a little down & stressed up (time of the month?), no motivation, and all the negative thoughts got into my mind. But all the stress that I’ve built upon, are UNNECESSARY and is affecting my productivity! But I’ve chosen to open up my mind through:
✔ Believing I can change & improve
✔ Smile & Gym (Sweat it out!)
✔ Spreading positivity to others

For #MotivationMonday , let me be the first to admit that I was seriously lacking zeal for this day.
The good news? I still crushed a workout and made the most of this day. Letting days like this get the best of you is one of the easiest ways to lose sight of your goals. So, what do we do?
I play games with my workout split. Working out shouldn’t be a chore, it should be made enjoyable. I have a set workout split, but decide the day of what I’m going to workout based on how my day was and how much time I have.
For example, back day is my absolute favorite & today was...not my favorite. So, back day it was & let me tell you, I feel much better now than I did 4 hours ago.
Never forget that there is happiness to be found in the pursuit.

Day 16 of #DigDeepYogis : “What three things are important to you in a relationship?”
I get so excited yet nervous to talk relationships on here. On the one hand I am incredibly happy with the man I’m going to marry, but on the other people are not afraid to criticize and send me judgmental and hurtful messages when I talk about being happy.
Regardless, the three things I find most important to a healthy relationship (for me) are:
1. Communication - You should be able to communicate (in a healthy way) your thoughts and feelings and situations to your partner and have them reciprocate.
2. Challenge - Honestly I don’t think we would know the strength of a relationship if it didn’t involve challenge. We challenge each other by providing new perspectives, we experience challenge by facing obstacles like distance or stress, and we overcome challenge by growing together and strengthening our bond.
3. Warmth - This one is especially important to me. Relationships don’t have to involve smiles and laughter 24/7 but there should always be warmth. When Noah and I argue we take pauses to say “I love you”, we maintain a physical connection when we are together, through a touch or closeness, and we never give the cold silent treatment. There is always warmth between us, so there is always a feeling of safety. And this is so important to me.
