HOW TO ACHIEVE A FULL PUSH UP  with 3 Home exercises that you can do TONIGHT! | This is an at home recipe for improving or achieving your push up:

INGREDIENTS:
1 x KB or a dumbbells
1 x will to be consistent with your training. The body will only adapt to the things you repeatedly do. If you repeatedly sit on your butt all day, the body will adapt to make you great at sitting down (flat butt and tight hips are a good example).

Method:
Step 1 - TUCK THAT BUTT! Instagram is notorious for spreading misaligned, click bait-y push up and plank positions. But it’s incorrect and if you continue to do it with your butt poking up in the air it will only leave you wondering why you still can’t do a proper push up.

Step 2: SINGLE ARM PRESS x 10-12 reps x 5 sets (from the floor). This one will help to strengthen your chest and arms. A common missing link for women especially in their chase for the push up! You’re only as strong as your weakest link.

Step 3: Skull Crusher x 12-15 reps x 3 sets - aside from ‘toning the arms’ this exercise will help you to, again, strengthen those areas that are commonly a little weaker. .
Step 4: ECCENTRIC PUSH UP - This means slowly lowering to the floor (I do 5-8 seconds of lowering), then pushing back up in any way possible, reseting and then lowering again. By making your eccentric (lowering phase) really, really, really strong, you can improve your concentric strength too (the rising phase). You can apply this principle to everything, from pull ups to squats!

Step 4: do a thousand bicep curls when your crush is watching and make sure you count out loud. .

Hattet ihr einen tollen Tag? Wenn nicht, vielleicht hattet ihr einen schönen Moment, der den Tag ein bisschen besser macht 😉 Überlegt einmal 😊

Ich hatte so einen Moment, sehr banal, gerade beim Einkaufen. Es geht um dieses 👆 Brot: Als ich letztes Semester in Bremerhaven gewohnt habe, habe ich es sehr oft gekauft. Ich dachte irgendwie, dass es aus der Ecke kommt und es deshalb nicht in Whv gibt. Ich habe jetzt mal nachgeschaut und es kommt aus Rhauderfehn und ist somit näher dran an Whv als an Bhv 😂

Warum ich es so toll finde? Es schmeckt echt gut und es hat ganze 11g Eiweiß 💪 auf 100g und dabei ist es kein reines Eiweißbrot 😜 
Früher wäre ein solcher Moment untergegangen, aber ich habe mir, vor allem fürs neue Jahr, vorgenommen solche Momente bewusst wahrzunehmen und auch aufzuschreiben 😊

Такие странные программы иной раз составляют тренера своим подопечным. Подруга скинула: отведения, разведения, махи, никакой базы, питание: белок 200гр в сутки, углей максимум 50 гр, жиры избегать. Да и дефицит калорий.. А девочки приходят с таким бредом в #зал и ждут, когда же их "орех" станет полноценным орехом без кавычек. И на #кардио еще убивают себя до смерти.
Так хочется плюнуть такому тренеру в харю. Я понимаю, что иным не хочется тратить время на обосновывание сбалансированного питания, отвечая на вопросы а-ля "Как это я буду есть много, я ведь разжирею?!😲" Так же такому тренеру совсем не хочется каждой такой дурехе обьяснять технику выполнения упражнений. Легче всего согласиться со всеми ее доводами и убедить ее в том, что да, и попа будет орехом, и живот плоский, и ни капли лишнего жира - и все это за месяц.
Но грош цена такому тренеру..😟 #тренер не просто должен получать - он берет ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ЗА ЗДОРОВЬЕ человека, а как известно, дороже этой валюты у нас нет.. Так стоит ли слепо доверять таким мудакам? Подумаем..🤔

Straight leg hanging leg raises: 3 x 10
Kneeling DB rollouts: 3 x 10
Plank: 3 x 1min
.
With each of these exercises I want you to really focus on the following:
.
▫️Breathing correctly - For the leg raises, exhale when you’re lifting your legs and inhale when you’re lowering them. For the roll outs, exhale on the way out and inhale on the way in. And as for the plank, maintain a regular breathing rhythm when you're holding the pose.
.
▫️Never sacrifice technique over anything else - specifically when performing abs exercises you always want to make sure that your back is flat (slightly rounded is okay) and that you tuck your hips under by pulling your abdominals in tight (preventing your back from arching excessively).

Ich war heute beim OK-Training und habe mal wieder meinen Schoko-Minz-Erdbeerkuchen gebacken😍👆Da kommen fast Sommergefühle auf😂Morgen ist dann Restday, wo ich dann in die Stadt gehe, Wichtelgeschenk und Weihnachtsbaum kaufen🙌

Rezept:
-325 g Bohnen ca. 10-15 min. in Erdbeer-Minztee ziehen lassen und anschließend abgießen& pürieren
-35 g gemahlene Haferflocken
-10 g Kakao
-Süßungsmittel nach Geschmack
-1 Ei
👉Vermischt alles, füllt den Teig in eine kleine Form und backt den Kuchen zur gewünschten Konsistenz.
👉Vermischt für die Quarkcreme 100 g Quark und 50 g Bananenpüree und verteilt die Creme auf dem Kuchen.
👉schneidet 60 g Erdbeeren in Scheiben und verteilt diese auf der Creme.
👉Ich habe noch ein paar Kakaonips raufgegeben😁

I trained my upper body today and baked my chocolate mint strawberry cake again😍👆🏻. The summer feeling is almost there😂. So tomorrow is Restday but I will go to town to buy a Christmas tree🙆🏻
Recipe:
-let 325 g of beanst about 10-15 min.  into strawberry mint tea brew and then strain & puree them.
-35 g of ground oatmeal
-10 g of cocoa
-Sweetener to taste
-1 egg
👉Mix everything, fill the dough into a small mold and bake the cake to the desired consistency.
👉Mix for the quark cream 100 g quark and 50 g banana puree and spread the cream on the cake.
👉🏻Slices 60 g of strawberries in pieces and spread them on the cream.
👉🏻I gave a few cocoa nips about the cake🙌🏻😋
