Happy Wednesday y'all! Today is my birthday, this is me at 54! Damn! That's a lot of birthdays, and I'm grateful for every single one. I'm also grateful to be surrounded by great friends and family who love me, just the way I am. When I am alone this is my favorite! Fast to prepare and easy to eat. You can even eat it with a spoon while watching a movie... A can of tuna, a can of beans, one spoonful of olive oil, salt, that's it. You can add slices of red or white onion, if you like.
A serving of a quarter of pound of tuna and half pound of beans has just 500 cals. Take care of using tuna in water and not in oil, to avoid extra fat.
This dish will provide you with about 50 grams of proteins, is low in carbs and rich in omega-3.

This speaks volumes to me today. I thought I'd be back to new by now with my wrist. My expectations were very high, but daily I still struggle. My goals were shattered from this. Why? Because I let them be shattered. I am working on myself now with exercises that I CAN do. Modifications are more important than my ego. Because over time I will either gain strength again OR continue to modify. The point is that I will still be moving my body 😊. My reality will start to straighten out because I love myself enough to work through this. Love yourself enough today to do something healthy for You!! I did work my upper body today and feel great!
I don't normally do any faster cardio, but since I only had 2 miles this morning, I gave it a shot. Nope. Not a fan!!
