I wanted to share these photos with you guys.
On the left is a pic of me , where I was training x 4 /5 times a week, the one on the right is this morning in all its glory! Yes - messy hair 💁🏼 I am now 31 weeks pregnant and it has been a pretty easy pregnancy physically , emotionally it has been a little tougher .. damn hormones!
I know so many of you who follow me are women and that means that pregnancy will or has happened at some point in your life. Your body IS going to change during pregnancy and that's ok! .
Obviously my bump is the main thing you notice , but I also have increased some body fat in non yummy areas and decreased quite a bit of muscle in other areas. ( 👋🏽 bye legs )
I do have some I days where I start to feel a little "uh oh" about my changing body. However, life isn't always about trying to get the perfect body, it's about creating that tiny human growing inside of me! .
I do stay active , which I believe has helped me a lot throughout this pregnancy and have eaten pretty clean throughout the past 7 months, sticking to whole foods which sustain myself and my baby but I have been partial to the odd Pizza, burger and M & M but hey who cares!
So when you do have days when you're hard on yourself focus on the small things you are doing to stay healthy - even if you get out of breath walking up the stairs 💁🏼
My body is going through something pretty freaking awesome at the moment, a tiny miracle is being created inside of me, so lets ditch the negative self talk and remind ourselves of what we are creating. .
