I don't know if y'all have heard...but #Magnolia is COMING TO TARGET. And it's not a stupid limited time only situation like Lilly Pulitzer for Target (had no idea so many people were still bitter about that 😂) it's like a permanent. thing. and I cannot freaking wait #takeallofmymoney
SO long story short -- my challenge for October is a FIXER UPPER CHALLENGE!!!!!!!! IF you love all things DIY and shiplap, then this is probably for you. Don't ask me how I am going to relate fitness to DIY because I don't know yet but it's going to be amazing AND IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER because the winner of the challenge...

Once a year I get to indulge in things I would never normally eat...
Challah and chopped liver (I know I know...but I grew up eating it and it's awesome). This bread MAY not make it to tomorrow. 😱
That's ok. I have no guilt around food. It's not a daily, weekly, even monthly occurrence so we are all good.
Do you ever feel guilty around food? What if you could learn to give that up?
Some of my best lunch breaks are spent sitting in my car and checking in with my virtual bootcampers, responding to messages, helping women get started on fitness programs, working on new content, etc. It's amazing how one hour can fill my cup and 💕so much!

It all started with me wanting to look back at my life and be happy, healthy and love me for who I was! -
After watching a friend on Fb look so dang happy and fit, I decided it was time to get my butt in gear and create the life I wanted and deserved! 👊🏻
I jumped into her online group with both feet and with big goals to get control of my nutrition, fitness, emotions and loose that baby weight, ummm my baby is 4 now!!! 😆
All too often, we as momma's put ourselves last! Not only does that drain us, but it doesn't show our kids that our minds and bodies are a gift from GOD and we should take care of them!!!💫
I ditched the excuses and made time, I chose veggies over cookies, drank superfoods instead of 60 oz of soda and I chose to fill my mind with personal development, which in turn helped me be more positivity and optimistic! -
You don't need hours in the gym, fancy equipment, a nutritionist, a trainer and matching workout clothes to reach your fitness goals! I hit my goal weight plus ☝🏻with at home workouts!! 🏋🏼
Having a support group to hold me accountable was the motivation I needed to make me a priority!🌟
Life is gonna happen and pass by either way, but how you choose to live it is up to YOU! 👈🏻
Life is meant to be enjoyed! My life has changed dramatically over the last few months, emotionally, mentally and physically! -
The best part is that i have control over my life and it is not just happening right before my eyes! Most days I carry a smile on my face and stand a bit taller with more confidence!

🚨 I hated my workout today 🚨 🗣 I repeat 😱 I HATED MY WORKOUT TODAY 😱
Did I still do it? Of course. Why? Because I promised myself I would. I know that I will feel better when I'm done. I know my anxiety will be lessened and I'll be more energized and clear headed #endorphins I know I'll make better choices through your the day and I'll just all n all be a nicer person 😜😘 Just because I'm a coach doesn't mean I'm some magical ✨exercise 🤸🏻♀️salad eating unicorn 🦄 who loves to do it everyday. A lot of days I'd rather sleep 😴 in. I'd rather have a sandwich 🍔and bag of chips instead of a salad 🥗. Id rather veg out and watch tv 📺 and eat cookies 🍪but I don't. Thank the lord for the 600+ workouts I have so I don't get bored. Being a coach keeps me accountable. And that's what I need. What do you need to reach your goals? I get the most questions on what I eat and meal planning so here is an example of everything I eat in a typical day minus my superfoods shake and my dinner!
Dinner is generally a lean protein, 1-2 servings of vegetables and sometimes a carb too.
I keep my meal plans super simple! I don't like to spend hours in the kitchen and I can usually prep all of my breakfasts, lunches and snacks for the entire upcoming week in 1-2 hours on Sunday afternoon. What you see above took 5 minutes to prep so the "I don't have time to eat healthy" excuse just doesn't fly with me! #sorrynotsorry 😂 #maketime
This #TransformationTuesday I talked to my girls about WHY they started this journey and what gets them to push through each day 🙌🏻. I once had someone tell me they couldn't see a difference in my progression photos. 👉🏻 but what you DON'T SEE is so much more than what shows. I may not have signed up to share this journey for you to see how much weight I've lost. IN FACT ✋🏻I've actually gained 12 pounds. (You're welcome to every "you're too skinny" comment I've received my entire life.) but what else I've gained is SO MUCH MORE. .

When it is Monday and you love what you do.❤ I covered a few spots for my old team recently and when my alarm went off this morning I thought, "What a beautiful thing, to wake and do something I love and am passionate about around my family life!" Not even a cup of coffee yet today and I have checked in with my challengers, made my grocery list / meal plan, wrote a packing list for the Leadership Retreat I'm going to in Salt Lake City next weekend, emailed a few people about a winter retreat I want to hold for my team, got my workout attire set for a live workout I'm going to do with one of my coaches this morning, read an amazing article about the importance of muscle mass in preventing chronic disease, emailed a few potential nurse coach sponsers, practiced gratitude, prayed, and was thankful.
I KNOW had I went to Kevin two years ago and said I want to start my own business!!! He would have looked at me like I was crazy. We had four little kids, and we didn't have the money to take that risk. But, at the same time, the traditional go to work leave my kids at daycare or with a sitter constantly wasn't what I wanted to do anymore. I know that a lot of people would love an option to work for themselves but don't know where to start.
Y'all there are opportunities out there, find one you love, or create one. One that is true to you, one that you'll be able to do even when it's hard because it's something you're passionate about! And go do it!
Today was one of those days where I couldn't help but stop multiple times, look around and feel so incredibly blessed. I'm so thankful for the small town I've wound up in, my hard working husband who landscaped all day, the house we keep making more into our home and of course our fur baby.
God is good. ✝️🙏🏼

We moved into this home a little over two months ago . We are currently renting with the potential to buy. So we can't change the wall colors yet and I'm trying to work with what I have.!This wall paper isn't that bad but not necessarily my love. I'm still working on finding the right curtains to go with this rug or do I change both lol??? I'm a thrift shopper so I like working with what I have or finding things for deals. Sometimes you have things in certain places when they would look better in another space. It's always fun to change stuff up and see ??!! About 4 years ago I was invited to join a challenge group on facebook for fitness and nutrition. I've worked out on and off for years. I was even a personal trainer in my early 20's. I studied nutrition in college. Basically, I knew what to do. But that doesn't mean I was doing it. Sometimes I would work out in my mind while sitting on the couch watching TV....you know, I knew what I SHOULD be doing, but I wasn't doing it.
Working full time with 2 kids is exhausting after all!
Fast forward to that challenge group I mentioned above- I watched, read, learned, participated...and something changed. I had to get up and workout because all of these other people were doing it and cheering each other on, motivating. It was amazing!
Do I go to a gym? No. For years I thought about it, but it just doesn't fit into our schedule. But that doesn't mean I can't go downstairs and press play. So I do. And most of those workouts are 30 minutes or less (did I mention I'm also in the best shape ever...and I'm 37!) It took me another two years to decide to pay it forward and help others (plus I was tired of working weekends in a restaurant)...so I became a coach.
My goal is still to inspire others like I was inspired.
I created my own group to give other women the motivation, accountability, and community that got me hooked on living a healthy lifestyle.

I'm a bit of a fall fanatic and I've gone into full on fall mode. This morning I am sipping on some harvest blend coffee and Pinteresting all of the meal plan approved fall foods and incorporating some new recipes into my meal plan this week. 🍁🍂🎃
Saturday's are for shopping! 🛍We are slightly obsessed with hobby lobby!! 😆😆I helped my mom and sister pick out some cute fall pieces, which was sooo fun for me!! Also, I found some more bohemian decor for my room!! 🍂🍁🍂
While I sat down this morning and planned out my entire first week of accountability with my girls I replayed my phone call with our President of Global Sales and let me just tell you, I LOVE my coaching job! 💕 I am literally building a team of hard working and inspiring women, working together TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE 🙌🏻 .

Fun morning spent at the Farmers Market! 🍅 Picked up lots of fresh yummy goodies. Monday, it's go time for my new & improved "diet" implementing all of the necessary changes in order to finally feel better.
